First Pickle Out of The Jar.....
The difficulty in the New Hampshire recount and proof of fraud will be the first-pickle-out-of-the-jar, the rest will be much easier, because we then will able to point to an example of poof which will already have occurred. Just add up the obvious frauds that we have seen so far, including probably the most recent in the State of Washington. Albert is a stand up guy and I believe that history will show that he was one of the great patriots.
You know it is easy for us all to lay down in the snow and let this cause just go to sleep and die. That's what the establishment and neocons want. We are standing in their way and screwing up their schedule. They want to use our children, both male and female to the age of 42 years as soliders in a new war of conquest and to expand the Empire, as is presently proposed by the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman, Charles Rangle, the Most Powerful Committee in Washington. His Bill to bring back an Expanded Daft, has already passed his committee and includes a provision that there will be NO Defrements this time around. This Bill will be resubmitted when Congress returns in late January 2009, following the swearing in of a new President, less than one year from now. The Military requires a much larger Army in order to capture and protect Rockefeller and Rothschild oil fields and it's also, a way to remove a large number of those from the unemployment lines.You can bet that all of the Candidates, except for Ron Paul, will do what these establishment groups and lobbist want them to do and they will sign that bill in a heart beat. We must keep this revolution alive and fight them all of the way. Proof of voter fraud will go along way to keep them off their game and open a lot of American eye's to the strong possibility of Corruption in the Government.

There aren't even machines in Washington. Each caucus was COMPLETELY public. You can get the name of each person elected delegate from each caucus and call and ask them the results yourself.

Open your eye's jerk. Even Huchabee just called a press conference within the past few hours and strongly came out against such obvious voter fraud. Your buddy, McInsane, was asked to comment about it a short time ago and he felt that he won the election with only 87% of the vote counted, the rest of the ballots thrown in the trash and both of your establishment buddies calling the election completed and declared McInsane the winner. There are NO BALLOTS. It's a CAUCUS. Say it with me slowly: C-a-u-c-u-s.
There's a list of local caucus delegates. You can call each local caucus and get that list. There's NO way to "throw away ballots" if there weren't even ballots.
So I guess you're right that Washington didn't count a single ballot -- but there weren't any ballots to start with.

You know slappy sounds an awful lot like Bill Clinton pointing out the meaning of "IS". I guess you can call them pieces of paper containing the numbers of votes cast for each candidate by those who participated in a legal voting effort. Then I assume, that these pieces of paper with tabulations on them or (POPWTOT) are forwarded to a central office to be added into a grand total. But, whatever you want to call them they still contain information that needs to be correctly added together and combined with the 87% sub-total for a 100% grand total.
It actually reinforces my argument that fraud is obvious, because must of the work has already been done at the local level and all they had to do was to combine those remaining group ballots together for a grand total. It is pretty lamb to say that they just got tired and went home. Very much like the nummerous government officials that get caught breaking the law and say that they just made a mistake. What they are really saying is that the only mistake that made was that they got caught.
This is the kind of thing that you would expect to see in the old USSR. We should find out the names of those election officials that went home and accidentally make a mistake and publish their names, addresses and telephone numbers. This is about the only way to hold them accountable.

The deceivers in NH are trying to let this thing get cold so they can sweep it under the carpet. They are stalling, lying, and withholding crucial information because there IS fraud there. We have to keep up our support and keep a fire burning for this fight!

RE: Preservation of records requested under the Right to Know statute
cc: Kelly A. Ayotte, Attorney General, State of New Hampshire
I have filed a series of FOIA (Right to Know) requests and I am intending to file additional such requests. To date I am not in receipt of most of the information previously requested. It is my understanding that FOIA requests submitted in the state of New Hampshire must be answered within 5 days, if the material is available; you have been in serious violation on several counts. I write to inform you that I am contemplating litigation if I do not receive these items soon.
Further, I request the preservation of all materials, that are arguably responsive to any of my Right to Know requests, current or future. Additionally, I hereby serve notice that if necessary I intend to pursue action through the courts if any of the materials I have requested are lost or destroyed.
Said materials are not limited to those specific items requested, but include anything, electronic records and correspondence as well as written, that pertains to / has any connection to the January 8 NH Primary Election or the recount.
I understand that the state has contracted with LHS and others, for assistance regarding the election and the recount. I consider any documents, records, etc., that LHS and other such contractors, possess subject to this Right to Know request because the State has a right to control over these documents.
I urge you to discuss this with counsel, as there are serious legal penalties if you fail to preserve requested records.
