The March must be appealing to All.

You know, families are going to be coming to this.

If there's going to be a march it better have music that's appealing to everyone. I just listened to some "music" by a group called "poker face" that sounded awful....like right out of hell. Supposedly patriotic or not I'm not bringing my family to the Freedom March to listen to trash like that. I looked at RevolutonMarch.com and see that Franti and Spearhead are coming. Man, they look like they just crawled out of some Aztec Sacrifice ceremony. What kind of kooks are part of this Movement anyway?

You know, if you've got a bunch of noisy metal heads banging their instruments around while "singing" words for the cause....I'm leaving.

Rap? Geez man, why would anyone in America not wanting to insult their sensibilities listen to that vomit?

This better not turn into some stinkin' Woodstock.

You will NEVER appeal to anyone if this march turns into or is mostly a "freak event" with some really weird looking and sounding people. It'll be laughed off by the majority of those we would want to reach with the message.

What we need for appeal is orderliness both in music and speeches.

As another idea...take a look at what this fellow is proposing; http://www.dailypaul.com/node/37335

Time Is Of The Essence, April 15 has my vote

Dr. Paul make it clear in his voice to do it soon. I'm driving, will pick up traveler in Denver if someone needs a ride.

Deb

it's a workday for most...

....people, the 19th is better.

I agree/April 15th is the day

I agree with the above poster....if you turn this into a freak show, you've just given your detractors all the proof they needed for their name calling.

I liked the song by Eric Richards..stuff like that's tame enough.
And Ron mentioned all the music that has been written -- I mean we have the peppy tune from the NY group, the take off on Sintatra, Steve Dore, etc etc.

Plenty of Paul centric music to play.

NO RAP or Satan Rock.

Also, I think it should be an IRS liberation day on April 15th. That is one cause we can all unite against!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be there just after....

....I mail off my taxes.

That reminds me of a statistic I read

that the number one thing that splits churches is debates over music. Wow! of all the things to take your ball and go home over...

Defend Liberty!

I don't know who you are....

But if you're going to whine over music not being the greatest or suitable enough for you then chances are you never had the Revolution in your heart.

I mean seriously, does Ron Paul look like a rapper from Woodstock?

Where is the head shaking emoticon when you need one...

...just in case you don't know?

Trust in God, but tie your camel tight.

"Socialism needs two legs on which to stand; a right and a left. While appearing to be in complete opposition to one another, they both march in the same direction." - Paul Proctor

This IS going to work

Conservatives will be fed up by then, too. Trolls don't march, repressed people march. Google Hope Steffey, see if you are ready to boot up, the pre-computer way.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

This isn't going to work - Conservatives DON'T "March"

Face facts.

I HATE the WTO, but I would never attend an Anti-WTO protest.

I'm against the war and never attended an anti-war protest.

I'll write an article on the matter at hand, but jump on a bandwagon? NOPE!

The only "protest" I've ever attended was a few years ago when Hillary came to my University - the Socialists organized an anti-war protest on the green.

I went, but I did my own anti-Hypocrisy protest. I was even interviewed by the New York Times and Newsday because they liked my "Hillary Hypocrite" sign. However, they were SHOCKED when they found out I was not a "liberal" protester, that I was protesting her hypocrisy and George W. Bush from a "Conservative - Libertarian" perspective. They could not believe I wasn't a Democrat!

The only reason I went at all was because it was right outside my art studio! I never would have gone out of my way to get there.

I may be a vegetarian, but I'll defend to the death my right to eat pork!

I may be a vegetarian, but I'll defend to the death my right to eat meat!

Uhm you're wrong....

I think you have shallow experiences.

Most conservative Americans have so much pent-up frustration and love for Paul and our Revolution they are just waiting to get out there.

The reason conservatives didn't march before in the 60's was because it was a Democratic thing with the Civil Rights, but 40+ years later things have changed.

We have our MLK, our Ghandi if you will and his name is Ron Paul.

If you haven't seen this yet, open your eyes now.

well I guess the entertainment

and whether or not you deem the people worthy or not is much more important than freedom and the saving of our country. This is not about YOU, it's about the People.....that means everyone that is fighting for freedom from oppression and tyranny.

I'm only coming

If you get all my favorite bands to come, AND you don't let anyone in that I dont' like. LMAO...

It's about the message, the people, and change. Not MUSIC or anything else. Weirdos.

Texas we'll get together and have a caravan to D.C.!

AWESOME...sounds great

:-)

haha

Good call.

We need a song from ARLO GUTHRIE.

Anyone know how to pass it along!

OLD THOUGHTS

Don't go there. Lets think good thoughts. The march will reflect our movement which is freedom, peace, and prosperity. The movments before reflected that time period. We are Peaceful Warriors.
