4th of July People cmon!!!!

dont you think 4th of july is perfect.....it gives us time to ask off for work....gives us time to organize....and its the most patriotic day of the year!!!! We should march then!

you obviously don't live in the DC area or you would never suggest a march for July 4th. I won't go near the National Mall on July 4 nor will anyone I know. It is mobbed.

Competeing with a major holiday

July 4th would be a great day... except, we would get 20% of the media coverage due to parades, etc., etc, etc...

Why not shoot for a LOW news day? Something with nothing special save to our revolution? A date where there will be NO other marches, protests, etc? A day where we can rally GOA and other organizations who are our natural allies?

If the neocons can spin our march, they will. "It is traditional for americans to march on DC July 4th"... All those people in the streets were there for the 4th... etc, etc.

If there are millions of Ron Paul revolutionaries, and no other reason for them to be there... Perhaps the GOP will take notice. If not, perhaps we will all band together behind a different banner...

After all, the gop replaced the whigs. Why can't we replace the gop?

When does the Fed meet in June?

We need to go tax week--April 19th is the Saturday. GATA is already planning some events, so let's hook up with them.

Its not about the primaries or caucuses now....obviously were not gonna have a brokered convention.....we need to show America that their is support for Dr. Paul's message....we also need to show Dr. Paul his support....and I dont care we need to show him that it is essential for him to run still as a 3rd party candidate....we need to resist world government ....if Dr. Paul is president we can truly fight it!

I'm not against it, but I'm concerned that the media wouldn't give the march much attention. Too much going on.

we always took that chance....when we had the tea party here in los angeles...there were approx 2000 people and not one newspaper article or any news coverage....but if we have time to organize....we could probably get approx 100,000 people if the meetups contribute for buses or whatever arrangements we need....if we do a spontaneous march without timing we may not succeed.....

for example the money bombs.....november 5th and tea party were planned months ahead of time....with videos that helped build the momentum....that momentum made it big!!!!

what about the 51st anniversary or martin luther king money bomb....we did those within 1 or 2 months...some money bombs were planned 2 weeks ....we did not have as good of a showing....

so lets take the time to actually plan and build momentum
