How can we unite for liberty if we can't even unite to march on Washington?

I've been reading all these posts and it is making my head spin. There has to be unity on this somewhere, somehow. Too many people trying to lead the charge here. I just want to know when--so I can plan to be there.

Good point!

Let's listen to what the good doctor has to say.

We are all excited!

This date will be decided and posted on the campaign site once it is...so just hang tight!

There are several polls going on and a date will get set and it wont be to everyones liking.... but it will get narrowed down to the majority and then we can all make our plans.

hang in there and just wait!

"I think we are living in a world of lies: lies that don't even know they are lies, because they are the children and grandchildren of lies." ~ Chris Floyd

I will do everything in my power

To be there and support Ron Paul, and our constitution. Give me a date that is far enough in advance and I will make arrangements. In the 60's people rented buses, hitch hiked whatever, and we must do the same. This is the sort of thing that will help change the direction of our country. We need to keep building momentum and show that we will not just go away because the media shafted us. It is time to start getting serious we need to buy our own media empires. Start our own CFR type think tanks. We need to start fighting and developing our own infrastructure for restoring our true principles and constitution. In a way I am glad the election process is almost over. We now see where we stand, and we realize that we can't slay the dragon with one grand slash of the sword. Our numbers need to combine. Together we are as rich as Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. We need to start liberty incorporated, as with any corporation we will grow. Our media empires will put the others out of business, the truth sells and it also forces people to get angry and involved increasing our numbers and funds. It is time to think beyond the next president, and it is time to take America back. The revolution has just begun, but only if we get off our butts put our differences aside and unite behind the constitution.

Democracy is messy huh?

All this talk about dates and such...this is GREAT. Lots of different ideas and it'll all come out in the wash.
Has a leader of a movement EVER left this much up to the people?
While we're all giving our two cents on march dates and ideas, lets hand it to Ron Paul for this GENIUS STROKE!

discussion discussion All

discussion discussion
All of us in unity have the prefect day
we must talk it out
Excuse us but nobody ever wanted to hear what we think

I think it's called free debate and democracy...

heck, deciding a date for a sale at a retail store can take some discussion. Sheesh.

OMG it has been less than 24 hours!

It has been less than 24 hours since Dr. Paul called for a march on D.C. and you are already claiming we cannot unite? What is wrong? I understand the need for immediate gratification in many of modern day activities, but this is a bit on the ridiculous side. Give it some time, Dr. Paul will choose a date, and we will rally like we never have before. Don't listen to the negativity. Just don't! I got into the Ron Paul movement for the long haul. One day does not a movement make. Patience, grasshopper.

ONWARD! To D.C.!

Ron Paul on Alex Jones just said he will lead. Thinks 4th of July a good possibility.

Well, the good doctor's

Well, the good doctor's message has been on point thus far ... whatever he picks is cool with me :-)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the official campaign on board with this march? It's my understanding that they are going to pick a date. If so, all this bickering is moot anyway. True or not?

True

Very true.

.

Give it a week, and it will

Give it a week, and it will likely be hashed out. Everyone needs to digest all of the ideas before we can come to any consensus.

I object

First of all, the beauty of this movement is that we rarely agree on much of anything! We're not sheep, we're real individuals!

Second, I think once HQ gets behind a date and an organizational plan, this will be much easier. Just b/c the first two moneybombs were supporter-planned, everyone now thinks they have to be the motivator for every idea- they don't!

Last, here's an idea:

You hit the nail

You hit the nail on the head there. Couldn't agree with you more. Geez! I don't care what anyone else does I'm going to do what I can to be there. There are Amish people all around here, maybe I'll rent a horse and buggy and eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches all the way there and back. I don't care.

.

Hopefully

Ron Paul or Trevor or Someone who has actually organized a massive rally before will lend their advice.

What we really need is a website so everyone can see their options for traveling cross country (amtrak, greyhound, meetup carpooling, flights) and plan soon.

exactly!
