No offense intended Noelle. He never said that in his email. Check it again and forget everything you've read on this or other fan sites. Actually... watch his new campaign update on the official site which I believe he released to combat this type of perception.

RP scaled back because SuperTuesday was over and there was no need to maintain such a large staff. Every dollar saved is a dollar worth of advertising..:-)
