Being a former ice cream truck driver (a.k.a. The Ice-cream Girl) my favorite piece that I've read so far is titled "The Silencing of the Ice Cream Trucks."

i think it is a fictional story
if you see the left hand column, they call the blog "fictional urbanism". so i don't think it is a true story. but they have their email up if you want to email them.
