The Internet is far superior to MSM for presidential campaigns and if we are to win - it must be used to every advantage from here on out!
Cast off your pre-conceived notions that RP is working with an inferior tool and think rationally about what can be done on the NET that can’t be done on OM.
1. You can raise money on the net and lots of it.
2. The candidate can talk to his troops anytime he wants to - for free.
3. HQ can talk to the supporters anytime to educate, inform and request specific action.
4. Supporters can gather like the DP to discuss all aspects of the campaign.
5. The Internet has a much larger audience. 26 million nightly audience for MSM combined - (CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, FOX & MSNBC) compared to 210 MILLION US Internet users.
So what needs to be done is to:
ONE - Throw off this lame, retarded and self-defeating notion that - Oh Poor RP, all he has to work with is the Internet.
TWO - Recognize the Internet is the GREATES TOOL EVER, in the history of politics and is a politicians dream come true.
THREE – Get HQ to start optimizing, maximizing and using the dog out of it everyway possible.
Finally realize that winning this election cannot and never will be won by begging the MSM to take notice. It is just wasted time, effort and frustration. Recognize and deal with it. They are bought and paid for by the oppenents of RP!

I guess you guys know about the precinct leader talk tomorrow night from HQ. I can assume that they are listening to our message boards. Lets see what they come up with...The internet is a great tool. I believe they have the geeks needed but no direction . but then again the scenario that we are in right now has never existed before. I am sure we will figure it out. Americans are some of the most resourceful people I know. We will make Ron Paul be heard ...... then elected.

There's now a way that the movement could have put the $30 million into deposits that legally circumvent certain key campaign finance laws, If RP would done this, he already would be the most powerful man in the country. He wouldn't need to be Congfessman or President.
I'm a CPA. These laws are very crippling, but there's a new way around them that nobody has ever heard of. Freedom from them will unleash the Internet in way you cannot imagine.

Yeah, I was thinking about this today.
The best strategy would have been to leave Snyder and Moore back in the congressional district. That level of campaigning they are familiar with and could have continued working to protect the district while a team with national campaign experience would have spearheaded that side of things. Instead, we get the campaign roll-up after super Tuesday as RP obviously had to almost start from scratch to protect his congressional position. So RP disappears from the national stage.
There should have been no reason why both efforts could not have continued with dual staffs. Now, RP is making no appearances in these primary states voting tomorrow.

has become depressing.
Why? Because a lot of people DO know (or have at least heard something) about Ron Paul -- but they are also 100% certain that he has dropped out of the race.
And since ALL of the other campaigns are running some Ads, and are making appearances around our state -- the fact that Ron Paul has NEVER even visited our state ONCE -- is proof positive to these people that he has either completely dropped out, or if you explain that he has not, then they reason that he is just "stringing" the campaign along.
Literally, I have people who WERE supporters (signs in yards, bumper stickers on cars, etc) -- who are now contemplating voting Huckabee in order to vote against McCain; because they feel abandoned and disrespected by the Ron Paul campaign. Against that I really have no arguments.

They know the stats. MSM has been losing a million viewers each year for the last 10 years and are down to only 26 million nightly viewers. The internet now has 8 TIMES that many users - 210 MILLION to 26 million.

HQ needs a internet team
They already started with the precinct leaders
but they never tell precinct leaders about any new precinct leaders or
prospects they have in their area
PL's need only to click on map to find other PL in your area
They need one PL from each state to represent and begin to
put messages down to the local via e-mails
Each state/county PL leaders should know who is signed up
via the march and have e-mail lists
each state/county needs a blog page on HQ website
HQ needs an internet staff...
any volunteers, dedicated, maybe even work from home

with the troops. Have a daily broadcast at a certain time. Feature PLs who have had success, do a video on how to become a delegate, etc, etc.
Don't just talk to the troops when you need money. They would be surprised at what people would do if only asked and given a sense of direction!

It looks to me like you should be able to email your
request for help to HQ and then they could see what people and resources are available in your area and get yall matched up. That really doesn't sound like rocket science to me.
