Would Human Action be a good book for someone doesn't know much about economics? Any other books that you recommend?

Absolutely
but be prepared for the long haul. It is an exhaustive book (meaning very thorough, comprehensive)
Human Action
Is a great book. It may be big as an intro, but if you have the time and effort it is WELL worth it.
