Police to get NEW weapon

Brain-Busting flashlight called the "Incapacitator" uses light-emitting diodes (LED's) to stun the brain...

I consider these types of "weapons" deadly force, how about you?
They are taking a risk of killing a person because they do not know the "victims" condition of health.

I'm thinking of developing a new weopon to help protect us from the police. It would be a vest that would not only protect the user from tasers, but would also give anyone who tried to apprehend you a nasty shock. I'm going to call it the Baconator. What do you think?

My son who is epileptic, if ever this horrible thing were pointed at him it could cause his death!!! What a bunch of sick f****'s!! You'd think the police think "we" are all terrorists in which case there is one under every shrub! (extremely sarcastic!) This is so orwellian and draconian. I cannot believe depraved psychopathic and narcissistic cops will be running around with yet another toy to terrorize the population. What ever happened to "serve and protect"

welcome to the new Amerika where consitutional freedoms such as the right to travel freely are a thing of the past (things like police roadblocks are now sanctioned by the courts). it's not about serving and protecting citizens and communities anymore, the police are now there to serve and protect the interests of the state. their job is about generating revenue through the (entirely unconstitutional) motor vehicle code essentially acting as the mafiose goons for the DMV (extorting money from citizens at will) and they double as part of the "fatherland security" apparatus, acting as a good show of force for the state, ready to lay down martial law at any time and squash any form of dissention... aren't you glad we beat the nazis? sad how we lost so many lives in the cause of freedom, only to lose it from within (and these jackasses in uniform think they're the "good guys" what a f$%king sick joke)...

I just wish people would be more outraged and protest the use of such things. Work on getting them declared lethal, do something about it. I think we will have to be watch dogs for each other.

It blows my mind the things that are getting done in the name of "security." How many people will have seizures from this? I am sick of terrorism, that is for certain, we just confused on what terrorism is in this country.

I don't know about you, but at last count, I have seen way more cops on the streets than Arab terrorists. You are more likely to be dragged to a cell and beaten than you are of being blown up at the mall.
Once people figure that out, they will be a lot better off.
Terrorism is not an enemy, it is a tactic.

from what I understand, your brain will lose its ability to function clearly. You'd probably not be able to "aim" anything as long as you were focused on the light. I'm thinking a mirror would be a really good defense/offense.
