Skater Kids in San Diego- The Lasting Impact of Ron Paul

0 votes

Dr. Paul has already won in so many ways- He is inspired and educated millions of people around the world, and has had an especially strong impact on young people. I was at a pizza joint in San Diego CA recently, and to my surprise, overheard a group of teenage skater kids talking about monetary policy and Ron Paul.

The Ron Paul Revolution is now inspiring many people to run as Ron Paul Republicans, so the movement is building a nice momentum.

Thank you, Ron Paul. The R3volution lives on!

This is really good

But I don't want to wait for a build up. I want him in as president this year. Publish the skater story and talk about the book for six year olds.

now that should be in a newspaper

That would make a good story. Thank you.

Thank you for this positive

news. We have to continue to believe that his message will spread and be well received if the movement is to continue.

Book about politics for six year olds and older

A friend of mine is now writing this book. His six year old understands what is going on (home schooled) so wanted to share and teach our youth as a much earlier age. It will involve the youth from the start!

I involved my 17 year old granddaughter about a year ago, and her senior class just voted her most likely to be President! (although she wanted to be voted best all-around athlete - he he).

I've read posts here before about the involvement of the youth - so start as early as you believe your child is capable - just plant some seeds and water occasionally. These blank sponges are just waiting to be filled.

speaking as a young(ish) person...

I'm currently laughing at the mental image of myself as a sponge.

Seriously though, its stuff like this that makes me unable to stomach all the doom-and-gloom some folks around here are so keen on posting. My generation is awake. Even if nothing measurable comes of Ron Paul's candidacy in the next 10 years...the seeds are sown. The sponges are damp (or whatever the opposite of "blank" is for a sponge). I find myself faced with the very real, very encouraging reality that if I ran for congress 10 years from now, I'd have a shot.

This, incidentally is why I'm looking forward to the Washington DC rally as sort of a capstone to Dr. Paul's candidacy. Some people have questioned the practical value of such an event...it seems to me that it has value as sort of a watershed moment...the day the Ron Paul campaign became the liberty insurgency into the GOP.

That isn't to say I've given up on the presidential bid...from the sound of things, the convention will be an interesting affair.

In any case, thanks for sharing!

Woowhoooo!!! That's

Woowhoooo!!! That's Awesome!

NONE BUT PAUL!
