Curious About Vote Totals

I am curious to know if there is ANY state in this country, that has held their primaries, that feel that they got an accurate vote count.
If there are no such states, who is the highest person in charge that is accountable for accuracy? (Sec. of State?)
Are any of these people speaking out about the corruption of the system and/or implementing steps to restore voter confidence?
At what point in the counting process does the corruption begin?
Inquiring minds want to know. Thank you.

I get most hopeless over this very issue: If no one is going to challenge questionable results, where is the incentive for accuracy? Heading into the primaries, I was afraid the public would not tolerate another sham election, and there would be protests in the streets. Now I am afraid they will tolerate it and there will be no protest at all.
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
