Lou Dobbs will run as a Third Party

At 6:00pm today with Wolf during the Broadcast The Situation Room Lou Dobbs aswered "Never say never" when asked if he would run as a third party. He went on to say "this Country will demand for a third Party" If you actually saw the interview you were able to read betwwen the lines. I strongly believe that Dobbs will run on most of the principles of our Leader Dr. Paul. I find it encouraging that if Dr. Paul will not seek the Presidency after the Rep. Convention he will be the closest to Dr. Paul message. What do you think?

he sits there just the other day talking about the issue of the NAU/Nafta Super Highway and blatantly states "none of the GOP candidates are even talking about this" which is a bold faced lie, he knows full well there is a candidate that is dead-set against it but he won't acknowledge that fact. As far as I'm concerned if he can't be honest on his show he can't be honest anywhere and that fact alone disqualifies him for holding any public office...

Vote for Lou over the other establishment cronies. I have boycotted Lou from my satellite receiver for his obvious shutout of RP. And I have emailed him and given him an ear full. I know Lou is keeping his mouth shut for a reason on RP, but given the choice of Hillary, Obama, McCain, and Dobbs, I would definitely vote for Dobbs if he runs. At least Dobbs is trying to expose the NAU, NAFTA and other globalist agendas, even if his attempts are a little weak. Other wise I will be writing in RP and if I can't write him in where I vote I will go libertarian. But If Dobbs does run he will tentatively get my vote.

I don't really trust the guy. I mean he rails on illegal immigration, he talks about North American Union, yet how often has he talked about Ron Paul? He makes statements to the effect that there is not a conservative candidate in the race, and that none of the candidates talk about the North American Union. So, he either A never heard of Ron Paul or B is intentionally not mentioning him. Now, he seems to be coming around to Dr. Paul as being the only inspiring candidate, but where was he when his endorsement might have mattered?

The 'Federal Reserve, the Federal Reserve' is the entity that has, with governmental assistance, destroyed our savings and our purchasing power. Ron is right to call them out. Without this monetization of debt and crazy spending, we would not be in the pickle we are in now. So don't tell me Dobbs is an economist. If he is, the Fed has him in their pockets. I dont give a rip about Lou Dobbs. He isn't our guy. He pretends to speak Ron Paul's message and then acts like Ron Paul doesn't exist. This should tell you everything you need to know about this jerk. If you need clarification of the significance of this, read any MSM post.
Further, Dr. Paul does not have to run 3rd party for me to vote for him for President. The message has to get out. If everybody knew what we do, Dr. Paul would win in a landslide.

I'd never vote for Lou Dobbs.
He likes to get angry and complain. Ron Paul has been DOING something about this for his whole career. Lou Dobbs snubs Ron Paul and will not accredit his campaign that MIRRORS his purported beliefs.
Dobbs is an establishment shill. He is in no way qualified to be
President. Write in Ron Paul, the only man for the job.

I cannot believe the close minded people on this forum. I am a staunch Ron Paul supporter, an official coordinator for the campaign and have given lots and lots of money and time to Dr. Pauls national campaign and even his congressional campaign.
To the contrary, Lou Dobbs is not taking any of Dr. Pauls lines or stealing his thunder, and Lou Dobbs does get it. He is against the war, against the NAU, the NAFTA superhighway, the UN, and has countless similar stances that Dr. Paul has.
If Dr. Paul cannot come through at the Republican National Convention and already said THERE IS NO WAY he is going to run third party - then I would absolutely vote for Lou Dobbs over McCain, Huckabee or Obama.
For me to write in a vote for Ron Paul is RETARDED as no one will see your vote and it won't count anyway.
What I think is that we have on the Daily Paul is a bunch of McCain Neo Con backers that have infilitrated this site and do not want anything to do with a anti-establishment Lou Dobbs running.

Dobbs cannot be trusted, and their is no reason to believe that he cares about the Constitution or would do anything of substance as president. It takes a lot more than speaking out against the nau a few times to get my vote, you have to prove yourself with a strong commitment to the Constitution, freedom and liberty, and back that up with a solid voting record if available. Ron Paul has raised the bar high enough that we now know who the real candidates are. Dobbs doesn't even come close.

As far as Dobbs being a successful businessman, running a small business in the black shouldn't be touted as political experience... neither should sitting on a set and complaining about it.
His opinion is tailored to sell to the masses.. that's about it.

Lou Dobbs talks a big game, but clearly doesn't believe in real liberty. Just because he doesn't like McStain and Huckleberry doesn't mean anything. He has given no attention to Dr. Paul at all.

That's why he's still allowed to rant on CNN. He isn't threatening his bosses yet, so they allow him to continue.
Lou will most likely NOT run for President because he has a severe disdain (as most of us do) for politicians and the government. But he still believes that all of the damage that's been done under Bush is somehow just "bad policy" decisions.
As much as I like Lou Dobb's, there are still many issues I don't agree with him on. He would continue the War on Terror (or, "radical Islam" as he calls it), he would continue the War on Drugs and even step it up, he's in favor of the Real ID because he thinks it will help stem illegal immigration.
He would, however, work to keep America sovereign, which is a good thing. And he would work to end the idiotic trade deficit we have, as well as the government policies that are driving American jobs out of the country.
In any case, I will still write-in Ron Paul if Lou Dobb's is on the ballot. While he's head and shoulders above the other 3 "front running" clowns that are vying for the title, he's still not the man I would want for the job. And as long as Ron Paul is still willing to be President, he's getting my vote.
One other thing... Kitty Pilgrim (his fill in when on vacation and a regular contributor to his show) is a member of the CFR. Not sure what exactly that means although I'm thinking that in her #2 position on the show, she may be there to keep Lou 1 step back from the truth. I don't know, but it seems very strange.

I will be writing in or voting for Ron Paul...
and then after the election dropping my life long registration as a republican and going independent. I think if all Ron Paul supporters register in states where they can vote for any candidate register as independent after this election to send a message to the GOP that they are soon to be a thing of the past unless they change course. I do not mean pandering, like the politicians when asked about illegal immigration that say "we have failed the American people" DUH! No one wants to take a stand on the issue, but will admit that they have failed us... admitting failure does not present a resolution. We also need to make sure that there are zero incumbent candidates in our failed Congress and house. Remember that the house represents the people directly and we vote on our house representative every two years. It is so simple, vote out the traitors to the constitution in the house, then the senate, and the neo con liberals and conservatives will fade away.

I used to watch Lou Dobbs on a fairly regular basis, and I even wrote him one time that "I was BEGINNING to trust him". When you look at what he has been promoting the past 9 months in advising his viewers to register Independent, it should be no surprise what he was working towards. About 6 months ago, I wrote him again telling him that many of the things he was speaking about were Dr. Paul's ideas, and why wouldn't he support him? I received an e-mail back from his staff asking me if I would support Lou Dobbs as an Independent candidate for president WHEN Dr. Paul drops out. Needless to say, I was outraged, and I WOULD NEVER TRUST LOU DOBBS!

First, its not Lou Dobb's job to back anyone. In late 2006 when Dobbs first started talking about running, I did not see Ron Paul jump out and push his endorsement of him.
In addition, people like Pat Buchanan, and others also did not publicly support Ron Paul - I guess that makes everyone evil and not trustworthy in this country that did not support Ron Paul.
Like Ron Paul said when he first started campaigning, its not about him, its about the movement.

My loyalties lie with the United States not one man, if Dr Ron Paul cannot be the Republican nominee and he won't run third party then the next best thing would be Lou Dobbs - I do not hold grudges - I could care less if Dobbs did not mention Dr Paul (which is not true - Dobb's had Ron Paul on a few times) - and I would bet if Ron Paul does not get the Republican nomination and that if Lou Dobb's is running, I bet Ron Paul WILL endorse Lou Dobbs.
