Just in case you were
Just in case you were wondering, no, you don't have to be an actual gun owner to be a member or to contribute.
Here's Why Gun Rights Orgs are a waste of money....
They're PACS. They're crippled by powerful campaign finance laws that render them almost harmless to lawmakers. The gun rights movement could be free if advocates like you demanded freedom and made deposits that were free, PowerVote style. Stop giving your money away. Unless NRA member are paying their dues just for those cute window stickers or child safety classes, then the gun rights movement should have so much power that no lawmaker in their right mind would ever challenge them. Check out "Who Here Wants to Become a Millionaire Helping Ron Paul" at http://www.dailypaul.com/node/39386. For the gun rights movement, I would change that headline to "Who Wants to become a Multi-millionaire."
Gun Owners of America is doing the real 2nd Amendment work.
GOA is acting more in line with the Constitution, a far better choice to support than the NRA. SInce the NRA has pretty much sold out to the gun grabbers.
Just my 57 cents
NRA Sold Out
GOA only!
~Live life to its fullest, with an open heart, open arms and most important... an open mind~
NOT NRA!
Do NOT join the NRA! Check out its history; it has proven time and again that it has sold out to the powers that be.
Gun Owners of America and Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownerships are two alternatives, plus there are any number of other Second Amendment organizations. Check out the names of several that filed an amicus brief in the Heller case now before the Supreme Court.
Yeah GOA - sorry NRA
Gun Owners of America -
SPH Org/ronpaul.meetup.com/926
Working to free the hemp seed - Thanks to Congressman Paul's efforts HR 1831. Peace
The NRA has not supported Ron Paul
Gun Owners of America is far more dedicated to the 2nd Amendment http://www.gunowners.org/
The NRA will compromise whenever possible, GOA won't.
My concern with the
NRA is that they seem to be letting this stuff happen. Where are they?
