the website is decidedly Huckabee territory. If you click on the RP link, it has an article about smoking and how a true liberatarian is "for" smoking and "against" no smoking in buildings. Lumps rp in with this. considering he is a doctor, i am sure he 1) thinks smoking is unwise and 2)does not want to breathe 2nd hand smoke himself as he is an avid walker and biker. Could not say if he is for or against the smoking thing, tho.

This kind of law is a local or state matter. If RP was president, he would keep the federal government out of it, and that's about it.
If you want to fight a smoking ban, then participate in your local elections.

under ron paul, it would be decided by the establishment(restaurant, bar, hotel) rather than the government.
