Just wanted to thank thoughs that have been spending time over there reinforcing and defending Pauls platform against misinformants. As some of you already know Y:A is a liberal hive. It's not easy to subject yourself to that kind of ignorance, but it must be done. When i first started frequenting Y:A I felt overwhelmed by the sheeple. Now though I have made additional RP contacts and we have substancial presence. Far exeeding that of McWAr. Also able to work every side of anyones smear campaign. Which consists mostly of Baabaama and Billary pundits.

In addition to thanking all of you who have been participating. I wanted to make this gratitude public on dailypaul to advertise our presence on Y:A. Not that i neeeeed more of you to join the fray. But it would be nice since i'm getting burnt on it.

Thanks again

Y:A handle: Nibiru

I Think I've Seen You On There Before...

I'm "candyrosepetals" and answer a lot of political questions and always put "Ron Paul 2008" or "Ron Paul R3VOLution" as my "source". So when we see each others answers/questions we can give each other thumbs up & star them! I have actually been a little surprised at the positive responses I've gotten from some people on there. It is, as you said, very liberal. All those Obama cult followers on there kill me. See you around Y!A and on here, my friend!

I posted a few things there

I posted a few things there but the people arent up to date with anything.

You must be brave...

To try that forum. I have never been to the political area, but I was amazed by some of the participants there and gave up. I initially thought people there actually wanted to learn. I was directed to a question about a fairly simple car repair. I explained it in detail, and the answer "take it to a dealer" was chosen as the best answer. I have not been back figuring most people there feel ignorance is bliss. Good luck.

LOL yeah the key here guys

LOL yeah the key here guys is moderation. Please participate, but don't get lost over there. There is somewhat of an art to Y:A. Took me some time to get it down. But now i pick questions to answer where i really feel like i can make a difference in someones life. Some of the questions i got best answer on i truely feel like i made a difference in shaping these people opinions.

Questions i'm still trying to get a hold of. It seems many of my questions simply can't be answered by the retarded masses. You kinda gotta take a subject and break it down into subcatagories/questions.

Also i don't spam promote RP. I only promote RP if I feel I can make a superior arguement. Alot of my time over there is spent airing everybody elses dirty laundry. It's worked out well too. I've given the HRC pundits alot of ammunition to use on Obama and vice versa. Now they attack each other with material i gave them.

Sometimes when you incriminate one you can't help but incriminate the other and other times it's just best to incriminate them all equally. Except for Huckabee, i marginalize him there.

May I Just Say...Well Put!

You are absolutely right about the art of Answers. It also took me a while to get it down. But now I get between 22-26% best answers and lots of thumbs up. I totally agree that RP spamming is not cool and really just makes us look bad. I also won't put "Ron Paul 2008" as my source unless the question or my answer directly relates to Ron Paul or candidates in general. I usually like to try to promote thought in those people though. Especially the Obamas (if that's possible??? :p ) I love two or three Mike Gravel & Dennis Kucinich folks on there, I feel like we're allies almost because they always get pushed down by everyone else, yet really have the best ideas and thought processes. I love Y!A in that it forces me to think (and deeply) about what people are asking me.

I realized Friday at sign waving what an impact answering questions on there has had on me. A man walked up to us while we were sign waving, telling us that he had found out about Ron Paul and become a supporter as a result of our sign wavings. He had a few questions that we all jumped to answer. Luckily, I had come prepared not only in my political thoughts, but also with a backpack full of Ron Paul gear! So I was able to give him which slimjims he thought would be most helpful in talking to his friends and a bumper sticker for his car. But I realized then, when I was answering his questions and my thoughts were flowing out so eloquently and well put-together, that Yahoo! Answers had helped me do that. So yay for Answers! Haha.

Yes!!! the more and more

Yes!!! the more and more familiar I become with Paulicy, freedom vs fascism ideology, current affairs, to legislation proposals. The more outspoken and fluid I am with my delivery. I know you'd never know this because we type and read text but, I'm shy and I studder. lol

RP really unlocked something inside me, it's as if Ron Paul was a conduit for god to reveal my purpose in life.

I know!

I have been creating questions and answering dozens every single day in the effort to educate people about Dr. Paul.

A LIBERAL BEEHIVE! LOL If that isn't the TRUTH! My goodness, it's like OBAMALAND over there.

Hey, guys, um, like...

Fortune Favors the Bold

Ron Paul- Isn't he that crazy guy that loves terrorists and dropped out? Whatever. I have to go to the mall now.

Fortune Favors the Bold

Uh ,,,,Huh,,,

I've been there and 'ignorance' is a pretty good description of what's going on there. 'Absolute shear stupidity' may also qualify in some instances. There's alot of silly people out here amongst us..... And they VOTE ! Yikes. It would be hilariously funny, if it weren't so seriously dangerous.

Good Luck to All.

All signed up

...but how do I get to the point of actually being able to participate by "answering" a question, I don't see an option for it.

The page i directed you to

The page i directed you to has 3 main subsections across the top. They are labeled [ask][answer][discover] The directed page itself is set to the elections section of Y:A.

"But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution. The Constitution it is true, is a compact, but he is not a party to it."

No

Your time would be better spent pissing up a rope than hanging around Yahoo! answers. The people in the politics/current events section only want to hear the answers they believe in.

I would recommend a hemp rope because it holds more moisture than your nylon or silk rope.

Woah you sound like my

Woah you sound like my father...

That's partly true... well maybe mostly true. There are also people not interested in participating and just like to read. Plus that type of community is the closest thing we can get to an actual physical presence online. Save for perhaps myspace/facebook.

"But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution. The Constitution it is true, is a compact, but he is not a party to it."

Whoa...

The first page alone is enough to give you chills.

Such vapid commentary!! And, what's this obsession with Michelle Obama's teeth? Is that such a concern when it comes to electing a PRESIDENT?

Holy moly....

I can't handle the

I can't handle the ignorance. But I will bump for others to act.
