New Revelations Will End McCain's Campaign
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/us_and_americas/...
Republicans read with a shudder a column in The New York Times on Friday by David Brooks, one of the newspaper’s few conservative columnists, who is close to McCain and his team.
Although Brooks claimed to have no special knowledge about the identity of the sources who allegedly confronted McCain over Iseman, he wrote: “At his press conference Thursday, McCain went all-in. He didn’t just say he didn’t remember a meeting about Iseman. He said there was no meeting. If it turns out that there is evidence of an affair and a meeting, then his presidential hopes will be over.” ----------
If McCain lied - (he did) it is lights out for insane McCain.
Now we just get to sit back and wait for the you know what to hit the fan. Watch Johny go splat!

The Real McCain: Senator Gets Millions from Lobbyist "Friends" [VIDEO]
The truth is that he's the DC lobbyists' loyal lapdog.
Since the traditional media has obsessively focused on McCain's alleged liaison with Vicki Iseman and smearing The NY Times, Brave New Films felt compelled to take action. Jason, Phillip, and Dallas raced to the editing room, turned off the phones, locked the door, and focused on the real issue about McCain's lobbyist ties.
It's not a pretty picture. But here's our chance to get the truth out there for everyone to see.
With inspiration from the insightful blogs of FireDogLake's Jane Hamsher, Christy Hardin Smith, and Marcy Wheeler, we found footage and music to show the story not being told.
We use humor, we use pop culture, we use McCain's insistent use of the word "friends!" We hope you will send it along to your friends, foes, and media outlets.
John McCain has 59 lobbyists raising money for his campaign, and yet he said "I'm the only one the special interests don't give any money to."
Sign the petition demanding McCain return the millions of dollars raised by lobbyists.
McCandidate!
Time to go negative!

They break down how many lobbyists, bundlers and money from contributors each of the candidates has gotten.
Bottom line-McSane is a liar and has been in bed with the lobbyists for his entire political career.

What about McCain saying
What about McCain saying that he is the only candidate the special interest groups don't give money to? He has 59 lobbyists raising money for his campaign....see below
http://alternet.org/blogs/election08/77541/
I think this is a bigger story than the suspected affair with a lobbyist.
Hope
I hope that everyone reading this post makes an effort to have their local newspapers reprint the article on McCain's list of lobbyists. This man should resign from the presidential race immediately. Thank-you.
Ron Paul for president.
He did say this. You know
He did say this. You know what???!! This would make an excellent YouTube/Liveleak video. Show him saying it, or show a quote with source and then make him eat his own words.
There's a very good commercial about
McCain at:

scroll down to underneath the picture of Bush/Cheney and you'll find a commercial re: John McCain. Pretty good too.

That's a very good commercial...the website has a ton of good info.
The information at the above mentioned website www.forthecause.us should be cut, pasted and posted on every conservative message board on the internet.
We have to win the war of information.

"On the table now is not just McCain's credibility, candidacy and career, but the character and credibility of the New York Times.
One of the two is going to lose, big-time."
Straight shooter, and he's absolutely correct.
My money is on the NYTimes. McCain is going down.
Instead of doing a story on whether or not
McCain had some kind of alleged assignation with a lobbyist, I would think that the NYT space could be better used to publish articles about past McCain actions and associations for which there are mountains of public domain documentation. Perhaps it's not quite as juicy as the lobbyist story.

I agree totally!

To witness the truthfulness
To witness the truthfulness of his words, McCain stood silent as wife Cindy addressed the alleged adulterous affair:
"(T)he children and I not only trust my husband but know that he would never do anything to not only disappoint our family but disappoint the people of America. He's a man of great character, and I'm very, very disappointed in the New York Times."
She'll be breaking soon, bet she needs a pill or two.
Mathew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Please correct me if i'm
Please correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't Cindy his second wife. Was he not married to another women while a POW? I though i read an article about it and how she waited for him all that time for him to come home and as soon as he did, he dumped her. Can anybody confirm this?

Doesn't matter, really.

When Bush announced his support for McCain that pretty much made McCain a dead duck.
Obama is the lackey of Zbigniew Brzeziński and that counts for much. Even though there is a power struggle going on between Bush/Rove/Cheney and the Brzezinski/Rockefeller gangs (Crips and Bloods) Brezizinski holds more cards of influence at the moment. Bush is pretty much defunct unless there's an other catastrophic event that brings in FEMA and Martial Law. That could certainly happen. Iran is off limits at the moment, so there's little chance of a U.S. invasion, despite the sabre-rattling.
Unless someone shoots Obama (which is possible; there are many white supremacists, neo-nazis and others who would consider it an honor) it looks like he will be the next pres. I am not putting any bets on this, however. It is still a long way to the conventions, and then a couple more months to the November elections. Odd things happen every day, and we have seen miracles in the campaign.
I am glad Ron Paul is still getting buzz and that this site is so full of passionate supporters. It's getting interesting again.
.
Love this:
"Romney hung on in the primary campaign as long as he could but eventually decided to stop throwing good money after bad from his own pocket and withdrew. If McCain’s campaign collapses, the Republicans will be stuck without a presidential candidate (not counting Mike Huckabee, the former pastor, who is still around but has lost his claim to be a serious contender)."
Oh what shall we do, we have no presidential candidate :)
Mathew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Wrong assumption...
"If McCain’s campaign collapses, the Republicans will be stuck without a presidential candidate (not counting Mike Huckabee, the former pastor, who is still around but has lost his claim to be a serious contender)."
Uh, that's not an accurate statement...
What a bunch of silly games - these people really must think the American public is brain-dead.
Is it way obvious they wany Obama?

I think it's way obvious the establishment is crapping their pants right now. They have gone to great lengths to silence Ron Paul. The quote above is just another small example. But there is nothing "they" can do about this story. It's also obvious that there are powerful people in the Republican party who do not want to see John McCain win the nomination.
Can you imagine a convention with Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee?!?!
This is closer to reality than we think.
The piece that Pat Buchanan
The piece that Pat Buchanan wrote was very good also quite good, t said the same thing, either they have nothing, or, they are setting him up.
Do you have a link to that
Do you have a link to that article? I'd love to read it. Pat essentially said this the night the story broke...if it's true, McCain's finished.
I'd like to read how he thinks the Times is setting him up...I think the same thing.
One of these?

McCain Skeletons
Two Words---KEATING SCANADAL
Yes!
I just do NOT understand why the Keating scandal hasn't resurfaced.
There must be lots of Americans that either don't know or don't remember that little episide in McWar's long and dirty history.
I can't wait to see what else turns up.....
or Rick Renzi
Story after story about the guy getting indicted, and rarely a word about the fact that he worked for McCain's campaign!
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
