We Need to Treat Members of Congress like The Criminals they Are.! We Need Americas Most Wanted Website.. Enemies of The State

So if someone can help? We need to set up a web site. List the long train of abuses these criminals have perpetrated and post their pictures for all the world to see.
Also place You tube, self incriminating testimony. Like Treason: voting to usurp our constitution and our Individual rights. (Un-Patriot Act)
At the Top should be the Dictator in Chief; George Bush, something like wanted for many federal and world crimes against the people of the United States and for crimes against humanity.
Under his photo, we should place each member of the house and senate. (list abuses of office)
Let's also not forget to list members of the United States Supreme Court, usurping individual property rights, by allowing Eminent Domain, by private Corporations. (they set us up for the North American Union Road Brain-trust Debacle) (George Bush, took off with it using an Executive Order)
Lets make it good enough so that when they wake up in the morning and see it, that they will go to bed with a sick stomach, forevermore!

Treason is a Federal offence, right? so place the videos next to each name/face; let people watch them and maybe, encourage the people to make citizens arrest. It only takes two witnesses to convict someone of Treason. So let the arrest take place and let great American trials begin!
While this may seem a little over the top, lets remember our liberties are in peril and these criminals are running our nations capital.
Give them something to fear and they will have worry!

Ambitious project
I don’t know how long the recall process would take but it’s worth looking into. I would suggest finding information at your local law library. Most law libraries can be found in the public library or the county court house should be able to tell you where it’s located. It might be at the city or county attorney’s office. It’s supposed to be available to the public. Research state laws on recall, etc.
Another approach would be to convene a Common Law Court which is Constitutional Law. This will require some preparation and study but it’s something anyone can do.

The decision of the Common Law Court is delivered to the local Sheriff and he is to make the arrest. Hopefully, it will be a Sheriff who knows his rights and responsibilities and will follow through.
It is my understanding that they can’t be arrested for treason, etc. while they are in Washington DC. But as soon as they leave their little “kingdom” of 10 square miles they are fair game.

This is a cool idea. One suggestion: keep it as simple as possible. The power of the idea would be that it could open the eyes of the electorate -- eyes that tend to quickly glaze over when presented with too much information.
Just a page of official portraits with a clear and concise list of irrefutable offenses below. It would be imperative that no refutation is possible, otherwise the project and its resources would be overwhelmed by opposing arguments.
When in doubt, it would be best to not include an offense. Just one damning fact that you can make stick is enough to derail a corrupt politician's career.

I do not really see how this site really shows any of that, nor about the way they voted. It was pretty disappointing to me..

People must be educated in how to conduct a recall.
They must learn to network on a local and/or state level.
There must be some organizing involved - something a lot of RPers do not like to do. We must get over that.
We must learn the laws.
We must not let our zeal get ahead of our knowledge.
We must make targets of those who we have irrefutable evidence against.
We must target those who willfully are part of the CFR, Trilateral, cabal and then show no mercy or offer of apology. They showed no mercy to patriots like Ed Brown, Kent Hovind, The Weaver's, Irwin Schiff, etc.

What About Our Revolution Recalling Elected Officials??
It occurred to me that the one power that our group has yet chosen not utilized, is the power to "Recall" elected officials at various levels throughout the country. This would be one additional vehicle by which Dr. Paul and Revolution supporters could leverage our present political position and increase Doctor Paul’s Congressional clout. If we can maintain our solidarity as a strong unit of political power, I believe that we can be very successful and achieve a goal of replacing anti-Constitutional establishment officials at every level with Ron Paul pro-Constitutional prototypes. This could be achieved by using the power of our meet-up groups and our ability to raise money and get the needed signatures we would require. We could make up our own rules regarding the process of selecting targets, as well as the necessary steps required to recall them. The first step would probably be for supporters to present the facts about a potential target to one of the meet-up groups in that corresponding part of the country. Once the meet-up group agrees with the chosen target they might possibly elect to conduct a joint meeting with other meet-up groups to enlist their opinion and bring them on-board, because the meet-up groups will end up doing most of the heavy lifting on such a project. The third level would then possibly be to bring this to the attention of our Internet web sites for further on-line debate and then possibly check with Dr. Paul to get his blessing. Once the target is identified, our Revolution web sites should be made aware so that all supporters have an opportunity to e-mail and call this targets office to fire a shot across their bow to let them know that they have in deed, been targeted and allow them to change their evil ways. Possibly, we will want to use something like the “Three Strikes and You Are Out” rule of thumb to be the thresh hold. We must not drag this process out but on the other hand we need to be sure of our target. I would think that the very first target should be someone who we can be fairly sure of a victory over. Remember, we will be able to recall numerous elected officials at the same time as long as our organization abilities can handle it. Our economy will only get worse, but this will only act to help us recruit additional supporters. Please provide your opinions and comments regarding the leveraging of our power in the manner.

post from sometime back, I have often mentioned that we need to recall or impeach those who do not "strictly" adhere to the oath. I believe there is only 18 states where you can recall or impeach a Senator. Georgia allows you to do it based on violating the oath of office...However, I'm in AR...Anyway, my past post' on this very subject didn't gain much ground. Could be that everyone was busy with canvassing because SuperTuesday had not yet occured ( I think this was the time frame of my original post'- I posted it a couple of time, or replied to someone elses post).
I was at Perkins Resturaunt two days ago, sitting and sipping on some lukewarm coffee after canvassing in the cold (yea, I know our primary is over-still can reach people though-wake'em up); I overheard a young couple talking about impeaching our Senators (Pryor and Lincoln) and our Congressman (Ross).
So, being the RP supporter I am, I joined in the conversation and Philip, the young man, asked if we could SUE our elected officials for violating their oaths of office. I can't remember what the laws are in regards to impeaching or recalling here in AR (I don't think we can), but does anyone know if this is legally possible to file a class action lawsuit and sue them if we cannot recall or impeach them? If so, it may hurt them worse to sue than to recall; at least their pocket-book anyway.
Anyway, it turns out the couple actually voted for RP. They had seen our sign-waving and googled Ron Paul, but were too afraid to be part of the meet-up. They had heard so much negativity about RP supporters elsewhere, they figured all RP supporters were like that, but it didn't deter their determination to vote for him secretly...:-) And they are still afraid to join the meetup, but not for the same reason. Now they are afraid they would be tracked by the elf-bee-eye or hasseled by local PD.

They wouldn't even run this posting as a Topic at first, some weeks ago, so I just began attaching it as a comment to anything that sounded like it would support. Then they out-of-the-blue allowed it to be read. The key I found was to keep answering the different replies. This of course bumped the Topic and kept it alive, at least for a short period of time.
By the way, as a side-bar to all of this, my Mother was from Little Rock.
Hopefully now, supporters will begin to realize that the establishment controls most of the courts and the expense involved in suing is a great deal and they can stall these things for years. I agree with you that our best course of action is four fold:
1. Continue to educate everyone we can regarding the Constitution. This will become easier as the dollar and the economy continue to fall.
2. We need everyone to think seriously about running for any elected office that is available. Very soon unemployment will begin to claim rapidly. These elected jobs usually pay well, offer job security and include very good benefits. Knowning this may prompt a large number of RP supporters to run for offices. These include local, county, state and federal and election are held often. Then once elected to a position try and appoint or hire only those who truly support the Constitution. The establishment teaches their people to do the same thing but with opposite views.
3. We need to immediately begin to plan for the recall of various elected officials. A target list needs to be compiled in every state and region. Meet up groups must take the lead on this one. I suggest that meet-up groups join with other nearby meet-up groups to be more effective and in this why have more boots on the ground to advance their agenda's. We must remember that recalling one bad elected official and replacing them with a RP Prototype official is equal to two good ones.
4. Young supporters should join the local JayCee's to gain important knowledge as to the political "Do's and Don't's", as well as learn proceedural rules.

Great idea, Daryl. Someone suggested showing the connections between the Bad Guys and the many organizations they operate. Check out this web site. If you can link your database of scoundrels into something like this there would soon be few secrets as to who is and isn't damaging America.

What can an American like me do to help?
Seriously. I like the idea of a central site that has the offenses against the Constitution by our elected officials listed. It'll make it easier to pick out the scumbags who ought to be run out of office at the very least.

My Thoughts On The Website...
First, Let me say Thank you! for taking the initiative. It's your dime, I'm not a millionaire. I think the deck of cards would be a great funding source to keep this web page going, more on that later.
Since this it at the start. Let me share my vision, and it is just that my vision.
I welcome all comments and feedback. Its our page to purge the oppressors from office, to enforce the rule of law under the constitution, and to remove anyone, elected, appointed or hired when they stray!
Back to my vision. I am thinking of white or lighter colored pages, and not so much flash. The page needs to have the look and feel of a legitimate authoritative website.
When the page opens we could have a deep authoritative male voice, with a narrative to explain the purpose, function and details to be found on this site.
The reason for the websites existence.. because an overwhelming number of the majority of house and senate members voted to violate the constitution, and thus are unable to hold these trials under normal constitutional means..

Do you want me to wait and see other replies on the design or just email your post to my web designer? It doesn't matter to me. He designed it so when someone clicks on the red pill link (not an acitve link yet) it would take the person to a page much like you describe, with less flash, videos, etc. He wants to use the one video of the Texas legislature voting a crap load of times for people not even there. In his mind, that was a criminal act, and I would have to agree with that part of it. I'm not sure what would happen should someone click on the blue or white pill links, as I forgot to ask him.
He's both deaf and mute, so, if I forget something in an email to him, as I often do, I have to end up emailing him back..:-) But, he doesn't believe he's disabled and he doesn't receive disability. He's a good young man and he's part of my congregation. His name is Mike.
