text to 36288 vote R5 and has been the whole time ....but i have been trying to get the old ladys to go trough for 30 min .... and i get an error ...luckily i got my vote through :) so either they are flooded (which i seriously doubt) or they have "turned off" R5

Don't assume that numbers will stay the same. Look at the TV just before you text.

Is it my imagination? At the beginning of the debate, I wrote down Ron Paul's texting number as R2. The first time that polling results were given after the debate, Ron Paul had 39% and Huckabee was second with 19%. Then I noticed that Ron Paul's texting number was being given as R5. Huckabee now had R2. Shortly thereafter, Ron Paul was down to 34% and Mr. Huckabee was up to 24%.

It was R5 from the beginning

Hm... I've been watching the debates since 30 minutes before they started, and I've only ever seen "R5" as Ron Paul's designated vote code.

I just voted for RP and then tried again a few minutes later to test the integrity of the vote counting system. It replied that I had already voted. Let's see if we are once again accused of "spamming" or "hacking" this poll when clearly that is not possible.

I don't imagine its unreasonable that Ron Paul supporters would make their decision based on this dumbass debate......

I am voting soon. the treatment RP has received before the debate made my resolve to get RP in the oval office much, much stronger.

I knew the media was biased, but this is WAY BEYOND bias, this is an all out attack!

I am pissed off big time!!!

Naturally it would be nice to wait till the last second; I however think that about a half hour before the end is fine. Someone could have won you over with just one response. So to win, does not mean to wait till the end.

Thats tricky, if you wait till then end and lets say Mitt Romney is leading then all they will do is flash Mitt Romney, and then if Ron Paul leads later on the general public might never know

I'm with you, please wait until the right time. Next thing you know they will decide to show only votes from Xpm to Xpm, due to X circumstances. The vote counts the same as long as it gets there, preferrably after the debate. :O)

Call me paranoid but as soon as I saw that they were opening the polling at 8, I immediately figured it was a way to make sure Dr. Paul doesn't win. I'm not sure whether they're going to not count votes that weren't cast after the debate or what, but this is the FIRST time they've opened polling at 8:00 and we know they've been pissed about Paul winning the last 2 polls.
