Devvy Kidd will be Ron Paul's running mate.

I don't know much about Sanford, but if he is a clone of Ron Paul on domestic and foreign issues, I might be inclined to roll the dice that McCain might die early in his term. Because of economic conditions, I don't think the 2008 presidential winner will likely win a second term, so McCain would need to be very ill now.

The MSM and polsters are playing "rope-a-dope". The NYT endorsed McCain because they knew he was the easiest Republican to beat. Remember how "popular" Guiliani was with GOP primary voters. He was never that popular. McCain filled a vacuum (how appropriate), in that the talk show shills will either ignoring Ron Paul or attempting to discredit him; and, when they did their "hatchet job" on Huckabee, they completely ignored McCain. Remember what happened to George "Split the Difference" Bush and Bob "Tax 'em Till They Scream" Dole, once they faced Bill Clinton? McCain won't even do that well.

IMO - If Sandford agreed to be the VP on a McCain ticket, and they lost, it would likely quash any future presidential possibilities Sanford may have - and loss for McCain is very likely and likely a very large loss at that

2. Posted disinfo about calling a station that DID NOT report Ron Paul dropped out.
3. Argued that the march was a bad idea and we should wait till the convention and protest there.

I don't think we have to worry about McCain making any good choices on anything.

Even if McCain picked a Ron Paul Republican as a VP, my vote still goes to Ron Paul. The RP GOP VP [say that 5 times fast!] would probably be subject to assassination, thereby spring boarding McCain's lust for martial law control. What better excuse to lock down America than having the 2nd highest leader killed?
