LoneStarTimes.com has learned that attorneys for District 14 congressional challenger Chris Peden have begun to contact a wide-range of media outlets, insisting that they either cease airing or refuse to accept advertisements by Ron Paul containing false claims that he’s been named “One of the 50 Most Effective Members of Congress by Congressional Quarterly”.
The citation of the CQ article is ubiquitous by Paul, appearing on his website and repeatedly referenced in his broadcast spots.

But, many still don't know who he is or what his positions are.
Ron Paul brought us a new causeway to Galveston and Expanded Port in TC that is one of the few places military jet fuel comes out of and expanding the intercoastal waterway, big for trade / imports exports.

One person asked what Ron Paul has ever done in Congress...what bills has he introduced, etc. That is certainly easy enough to research and find out but it seems like these pirrhanas will take anything Peden throws out as gospel and neglect verifying any of it. Careful with those stereotypes
My daughter is a fine, sensitive human, and an attorney. She is on the "no fly list" because she specialized in Animal Rights Issues. (Before you get your panties in a wad over that, there is a difference between fighting for the humane treatment of our food supply, and those who break into and damage private property.) She makes less than the IT guy at her office, and she earns her living giving free legal advice to senior citizens.
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
Those are not my stereotypes to care for.

2. A business license.

7. Proof the registration number of her State Bar has been issued by her Secretary of State's office.

11. Proof the oversight and governing body of the State Bar is not the American Bar Association (ABA).

13. Proof the acronym BAR does not mean "British Accredition Registry".
14. Proof she is not a member of Inns of Court.
15. Proof the legislature of the United States has repealed or the supreme Court of the United States has overturned Public Laws 93-110 & 94-564 or Title 50 U.S.C.A. 407.

I dont know what your smoking, but here in reality land the 13th amendment abolished slavery.
Legislature's can't repeal constitutional amendments, only later-in-time passed constitutional amendments can repeal them. (See prohibition) The Sup Ct cant overturn an amendment either. By definition, an amendment is 'constitutional' since its a part of the actual constitution. Otherwise the constitution itself would be unconstitutional.
But I suspect you knew all that already and were just being a smartass. However, I will just say that some lawyers defend the constitution everyday. There called criminal defense lawyers. Sure, some are scum, but the majority know more about liberty and the historical progression of its loss than 90% of the rest of the population.
In other words, lumping an entire group of people into a specific suspect category based on some artificial construct like "lawyer" is merely a form of simplistic collectivist thought - the precise type of thought that is anathema to Ron Paul and his message. So Ill assume its all bs.
Check the ratification date.
The orignial Thirteenth Amendment was never repealed by any amendment. Your suspicions and assumptions are false and without basis.
