Down at the debate tonight

Our Meetup went down to the debate tonight.
Man is that frustrating seeing that many ignorant people. Our Asst. Organizer asked 15 different people "Why Hillary?". The only answer he got from one person was based on gay rights.
Obama and Hillary people all chanting their little rally songs... it made me sick. These people have no clue and our so blinded that when you try to discuss things with them... them can't wrap their brains around anything other than the propaganda they are being fed.
Hopefully at least one time of handful of times we got our signs in the camera shots it will be aired.

Democrat since Ted K. he said that wasn't true! He also made some reference to Republicans voting for him.
I really don't understand HOW you could be a true Republican or should I saw a true CONSERVATIVE and then go vote for Obama.
After many discussions at Sunday dinners, my whole family - all my sisters and their husbands, and the kids old enough to vote, we are still standing tall for Ron. But one sister kept throwing little comments out to me about Obama during our more recent conversations.
I said "YOU'RE FALLING FOR THE OBAMA CRAP?? After everything we talked about? You know he is CFR, You know his platform is Socialist, you know about the "church" he belongs too, ect - I dont understand why your letting yourself get sucked into his false promises!"
Then she said "Well Roger loves him" (her husband) I spent just as much time educating Roger too, but a couple of months pass by, and now it looks like they too have become Obamamaniacs. I cant explain it.
The rest of my family though, still see the light through the trees!

there were 30,000 people at this obama rally in Austin and i threw up in my mouth when i saw the bright lights shining down on the "messiah" as everybody screamed. I can't believe the ignorance of the kids that go to UT that were there, amazing.

I told my wife they look like sheep or lemmings, ready to fall over the cliff if the leader takes that wrong turn. Let them, I heard on 640 AM about these Obama-cans, who are people that are Republicans who are now going to vote for Obama. The guy was so confused and said he wants change and hopes Obama doesn't do half the things he says, but that Obama can fix anything and everything, these people are so full of it. The radio host wasn't likeing the answers and started to point out the darkside and questioned his reasons for liking the Senator, the guy basically defended his beliefs with cotton balls, no real stance and hardcore belief.
That is why I respect and love you guys here, you guys and gals are passionate, and hardcore, that's what makes a voice and a movement work, ahhhhh the Revolution!!!!!

I've said it before
and I'll say it again. You can't win anyone like that over if you can't agree on what motivates each of you. If you are motivated by issues for instance, and someone else is motivated by skin color, you two will NEVER agree. If you want to try to talk to someone like that, you should do it on THEIR terms. Motivate them. Find out WHY they like a candidate and then you have something to work with. If the only answer was gay rights, then tell them why Paul is better on that issue (leave it to the states, the feds will screw it up no matter which side you are on, etc).

Maybe a good portion of them, but not all non-RP supporters of other candidates are of the Idol mentality. I have spoken with a lot of people and some are intelligent and knowledged people, but for some reason they cannot see the lies and b.s. their candiate is spewing.

That both are terrible in regards to our Civil Liberties & Constitutional Rights - Free Trade Policies - Immigration is a joke - Abolishing the Fed - Stop Policing the World & Get out of Iraq - AND that F'N Terrorism Legislation being passed under the Bogus 'Cloak Of Terrorism
Anyways this is what I hit them with & the only supporters that I have ever talked to that knew about more than 4 of these issues have all been Ron Paul
