I am going to post just a small review of my night with 23 Republicans at the Fox News Orlando Republican Presidential Debate.
Luntz was angry early on before camera's went live when he polled the group to make sure everyone there was undecided. A 21 yr old guy raised his hand and said he was supporting Ron Paul. Luntz absolutely lost it on this kid and said "Why in the hell did you not put that on your questionaire that was e-mailed to you? Why does it not shock me that a Ron Paul supporter would pull this kind of crap?"
"If someone else shows up you are being replaced and out of here...this room is for undecided."
I was originally placed in the second row towards the end of the row next to a man named Fred Hawkins Jr. who is running for Osceola County Commissioner. Luntz asked us a bunch of questions with a camera crew and producers in tow behind him and I was the first to answer. I was the first person to use the word "socialism" and it spread like wild fire.
I said the concept of America voting a socialist like Hillary Clinton as President should be motivation enough for Republicans to get their act together. I reminded Luntz of the Hillary quote saying "This is the same woman who is quoted by the San Francisco Chronicle saying "We will have to take things away for the common good." Luntz had this smirk on his face and he knew I handed him gold.
After 3 segments it was time to go live. By the time you saw what you did at home we had already gone through 3 rounds of questions and I was lighting up the joint with what I call the biggest crisis this campaign.
What do any of these men who are running for President plan on doing to combat the extreme hatred of anyone who is a Republican by the mainstream media and how bad the liberal blogs, Soros, and just about everyone who has some sort of journalistic power slimes Republicans on a daily basis. Who is going to have the spine to stand up to it and how do they plan on doing it when the Bush Administration has been knocked out time and time again with no fight.
WHO IS GOING TO PREVENT THE PERCEPTION THAT REPUBLICANS ARE NOT WAR MONGERING NAZI'S WHO ARE OUT FOR OIL COMPANIES AND THE RICH?
Luntz definitely told us through his polling and research that as of today Hillary Clinton will win in a landslide. He was putting all of his money on her. I said you are going to go broke. He said Republicans are too disorganized and the focus group proved that.
I said not it does not. I said if you want to see motivation and organization? Put Hillary Clinton against any Republican and you will see Republicans vote like you have never seen before, the alternative is too grave. Whether we can stand it or not Republicans will do everything in their power to elect anyone else but Clinton.
You saw my exchange later on saying we have long memories and do not want to live through that hell again.
The Ron Paul comment I made was simple and sweet and every single person except the Ron Paul supporter all said "perfect" with regards to that remark.
Luntz walks over and says "you are good...you are going down to the front row...keep talking."
We taped about 70 mins worth of discussion. More clips will be aired at 6:20 AM on Fox and Friends First and then 8:20 AM on Fox and Friends. Then more clips from the debate will be aired on tomorrow's Hannity and Colmes as well from 9-10.
I am sure this is when you will see how hardcore it got in there.
I called out the room at the end of it all..when I saw how many people put their hands up that Rudy was the only one who could beat Hillary I said "I am really saddened to see how many people think he is their answer. That is very telling that the fire that was there earlier tonight for all of us agreeing that we want a true Conservative is gone already and that makes me sick as a true Conservative."
To me the top winners tonight were Romney, Huckabee, Thompson, and blech...I hate to say this but Rudy. His night was not that bad but he certainly is not my top choice for President.
I called for a thining of the herd. Paul, Tancredo, and Hunter need to go. They virtually played zero in the room. It was sad because I really like Tom and Duncan and said that if a Republican wins the White House in 2008 they should all be given cabinet posts ASAP.
Except Paul...which who by the end of the night lost his one supporter...the 21 yr old guy who didn't raise his hand when asked if anyone supported him.
Finally...Luntz. A nice guy but can be insulting. When he compared a moderate conservative to a major serious conservative he wanted a show of hands...then he added "When I say major serious conservative I mean you can hear the German Nazi marching bands and get excited", I then said to him "There it is..exactly what I was talking about." Luntz said "Relax I was only joking." I said "I know you were and it is that kind of talk that I am absolutely disgusted by and sick of...sick of it Frank...enough is enough with the nazi conservative comparisons people have got to speak up for conservatives...true conservatives."
That in a short capsule is it. Met some really nice people and we had a discussion at the end of everything and went our own ways.
I thank Luntz for letting me say whatever I wanted to on camera and speak up for Conservatives and letting me call Ron Paul out on global television."

Retaliation
Since the media is reluctant to cover what should be a really BIG news story, we must do it ourselves.
So whoever is good at making those snazzy youtube videos, get together and produce another one that shows a video of our favorite political hacks smearing Ron Paul. At this point, you could also include the clip of Alan Colmes saying he doesn't think RP is crazy (a very nice gesture on his part that deserves recognition...maybe even thank him in the vid).
Then use your camera or however you do it to show images/streaming of the actual FreeRepublic website with his article on it. Make sure to go slowly so that people watching the video on youtube will be able to read it all. As you are scanning the article, maybe even use your mouse to traverse the text at a normal reading speed. When you get to important quotes/words, highlight them. Then show video of coming to the www.dailypaul.com site and document some of the posts that have been made that prove this guy had already picked his candidate. Click on the links that prove these were not fabricated, then highlight the proof over at FreeRepublic.
Other things you could throw into the video include clips of previous debates with Dr. Paul where he was cheered for saying the same things he was booed for saying on Sunday. You could also add the full Hannity and Colmes interview where RP talks about the limited number of tickets and OWNZ Hannity when he points out the poll results.
Have little pauses in the video to pose questions to viewers at important points along the way so that it all flows logically. Include web links within the video's description so viewers can begin to investigate this matter for themselves. Make it humorous. Make it fun. Be creative.
Have a title for the vid that grabs people's attention. OK, get to work. :-)

Fox should make a public apology and disclaimer. They raised a stink about the MoveOn.org about the ad RE: General Petraeus. Likewise, they should apologize about this statement by a guest regarding a Congressman ... because it is slander.

Well, not really. You can do what you want. But I think the poor guy is kind of sad. He's another one of those people that are playing a game. The way he explains his experience and the words he uses shows how much he wants to "win" something. He wants to belong to a group and wants to get clapped on the back for his performance. He's the stereotypical know-it-all and brown-noser. His post shows how instead of honestly thinking and answering questions, he was formulating the most clever answers to show off his mad skillz. "oh, all the famous people are hating on Ron Paul. Hmm, I'll say he's certifiably insane! Yeah, that's ingenius!" The fact that he thinks he called out Ron Paul is just a tell tale sign of wanting to "be somebody" as well. He obviously has visions of being touted a Republican hero by the mainstreamers.
In his mind, he just had his 15 minutes. Let's not give him any more.

He was lapping it up, and that seemed to be his goal. Best way to get in with the 'bigwigs' like you said, is try to tear down their arch nemesis. Ron Paul. I hope this guy gets a conscience sometime in his life, and lives to regret it. What a low life, scumbag.

You see this is what is so infuriating. I need to calm down.
When we walked into the restaurant we were all handed a form to fill out and it asked to rate the candidates and for our favorite. When we started he went around and asked people to say out loud who they were leaning towards and no one seemed to stumble on their choice or be unwilling to admit. When Luntz came to me I did not want to tell him because I said, I thought we were supposed to be undecided? I finally said, I really don't have a first choice, but if I had to pick one, it would be Ron Paul because he's the only honest guy up there who has an impeccable record.
He didn't seem to have a problem with every other person speaking up and saying who their favorite was, or with me either for that matter. So this anger at just the Paul supporter in Florida about 'pulling this crap' was very disingenuous. I'm sure every person that night other than that Paul supporter also had a favorite.
But in a way this was good because I've been fuming about this for a long time. I remember Luntz pulling that blonde chick up to the front because she was saying things he liked too.
If you look up on YouTube you will see me fuming in the background, the darkhaired jezebel, shaking my head NO many times in disgust.
I wonder just how many other focus groups had Paul supporters present who were treated badly by Luntz who clearly dislikes Paul?
Oh and this just proves my theory that if you don't like the mainstream, infiltrate and be a part of it. Luntz could not have dissed Ron if there were 3 of you there, just like in my group. But he could bully one poor guy. I'd love that guy to write to me...if he's reading this...so we can compare notes.

Ron Paul, for the first time (and I've been rooting for him to finally do this) pointed out the discrepency of these "national" polls heard on t.v. and fed it right back to FAUX. He also pointed out the tickets made available were incongruous with the interested crowd (ours). Congrats!
Despite slanted time-slotted coverage, leading questions, and strategic characterization (poor) of Ron Paul, he rose to the occasion, stuck on message, and his post-debate candor spoke volumes.
And he won their text poll. Is FAUX suggesting they're margin of error is 20%? LMAO.

The personification of Fox News... Select reporting, loves to pedal the objectivity of his research, through "statistics". That whole room was groomed before they got there, groomed before they aired, and groomed whilst they aired. 3 rounds right? Luntz then knows whose pushing Rudy's wagon and whose not. JUST before Rudy G is welcomed onto Hannity & Colmes, Luntz 'randomly selects' someones opinion. "WOW - RUDY" won the debate according to the group. AMAZING >.< Give me a break.

The reason Ron Paul didn't seem to do well in the debate? BECAUSE he had BUGGER ALL air time. First question he got; about gay rights. Then when the war topic came up, it was towards the end after all the PRO war bs, had been peddled. He didn't even get a Question; it was 'Ron Paul, your take on it'... Naturally, the sheep had been groomed, RP got booed - for supporting peace. What an age we live in.
As for my opinion on this blogger; If he took the 'would you have been a Nazi test?' - pretty sure you'd find him as Goebbels secretary.

He went into this focus group, posing as an undecided voter, with a clear agenda. Prop up his favorites and call Ron Paul names. I wonder if any media outlets will pick up on this story?

This is what I have said all along. There are no undecided voters at these groups, because they choose you likely because you've ALREADY BEEN answering all sorts of polls....make sense?
I would love to find out who that one Paul supporter was who was bullied like that in front of everyone and speak to him privately...

I just went over to FR and checked out "My Favorite Headache"s posting history. Here is what he posted on a Fred Thompson thread recently:

I think we get the point..please watch the language.
I think we have enough evidence to support the fact that no one in these groups is undecided and that Luntz favors certain people and even encourages them to trash certain candidates. I think we've pretty much busted Frank Luntz.
So please, all of us, let's not go overboard with the questionable language while we're doing our research because the facts are on our side and there is no need.

But he is also a little baby who went to FR, bragging about dissing Paul on national TV, because he wants the attention.
