He appears not to know about the oligarch's and their hand signals. Their desire for us to worship Columbia, their Goddess and hence Columbus Day to celebrate YAMM (Yet Another Mass Murderer).

Haha.. I'm from Colorado and I clearly remember the Ward Churchhill fiasco. We don't want this guy on our side. He's a PR nightmare. He has controversial views and is very outspoken.
This is an individual who would be better suited with the 'Truthers' as opposed to the R.P. campaign.

The fact that you like what he said just shows how big the Ron Paul "tent" is. I personally cannot stand this guy. In fact, I find everything about him completely repugnant. I would be chagrined if he decided to support Ron Paul.

Dubious integrity
especially regarding his background. I've read some of his stuff and heard him speak, he makes some valid points. The whole CU firing thing was so politicized. CU originally gave him a faculty position despite his lack of academic credentials, and then gave him early tenure. All things considered, he seems to be constantly surrounded by controversy and therefore would probably not lend credibility to RP's camp.

Sure, I have 1st Amendmant rights, but I don't believe that right covers blatant falsehood.

From what I've seen of Ward Churchill, he's a nut. In the video you linked to, Churchill proposes that a person exercising their 1st amendment right of free speech in the form of celebrating Columbus Day, goes against Churchills rights as outlined in the 9th amendment. His argument boils down to Columbus enslaved native Americans, slavery is a violation of human rights, so to celebrate Columbus Day is a violation of human dignity hence an infringement of his 9th amendment rights.
9th amendment - "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people". i.e. the right to human dignity is a unenumerated constitutional right.
From what I remember Churchill had fraudulently represented himself as a native American Indian for the associated benefits. I believe he lost a teaching position because of this.
Churchill came to my attention with his post 9-11 statement that "these people (in the world trade center) deserved what happened to them", and called them little Eichmanns, comparing them to Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann.

If someone wants to celebrate C-Day (Criminal / Columbus Day) then they can, but I think his point is that the Government cannot make a holiday out of a mass murder of native American's because that does trample on 9th Amendment rights (by the Government).
