Please Help the Radio Ad Goal
Submitted by LeVer2k2 on Mon, 10/22/2007 - 13:02To everyone taking part in the great efforts known as the "Remember Nov. 5th" and "Ron Paul Money Bomb":
Please, as many of you as possible, release your $25 or $100 now to help Ron fulfill this Radio Ad goal. I will donate now, with the hope of being able to do it again on Nov. 5th. Please, if you're able, do the same. I think it's possible to ask for people to help without deriding the good efforts of people trying to make Nov. 5th historical for Ron's campaign. This is, therefore, an honest request for any of you to volunteer to help Ron meet this urgent goal and understand that Nov. 5th will be historical no matter what you do.

Yeah, I don't quite
Yeah, I don't quite understand something here.... According to ronpaulgraphs.com, we have over 6000 people pledged to give $100 on Nov. 5th. That is over $600,000!! Yet we can't get to this goal of $430,000 in 3 days that the campaign has set? We're only about $140,000 away right now.... I pledged to give on Nov. 5th, but since I was planning on donating more at a later time anyway and we've not hit this goal yet, I went ahead and gave a good chunk today. I'm not trying to say anything negative about the Nov. 5th thing or discourage anyone from giving then, but it just looks to me like we ought to do everything we can to hit the goals the official campaign sets out there for us. Holding money for later while we miss goals now doesn't make too much sense to me.
This goal is a good goal.
This goal is a good goal. But, in the email they sent out, they said they have already paid for the radio advertising with their on hands cash. So the campaign is not in the hole here, or not going to be able to do it if they dont raise all the money in the two days. This is already covered. They are just trying to motivate people to continually donate what they can. Like the last week of the 3Q. So I am not too terribly stressed about raising the money. I know we are going to blow his 12 million out of the water by the end of the 4Q.
