MAJOR VICTORY FOR US One of our meetup heads has taken county chair in his state and this is happening all over the country.

I just received word that one of us has captured the county chair in a major state this week.
I am not going to post any more info on this but do you see how we are winning people?
They are already organizing car pools for all of our delegates in the state to get to the convention.
This is happening all over the country.
This is what we must continue to do NOW PLEASE GET OFF YOUR ASSES AND BECOME A DELEGATE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
We have a chance in this state to pick up over 70 delegates to the convention and do you know why? Because we will show up and vote.

These folks sound like they subscribe to the principles of Dr Paul. It's a Democrat site so they were probably Kucinich supporters who are angry at the way they were treated....gosh that sounds familiar. Anway.......YAY! for Kentucky!

Don't just show up to become Delegates, after that, show up to
vote on Resolutions to shape the Party Platform. We became Delegates last night to County... next week we're going to vote on Resolutions for County -- get yourself to your local GOP headquarters and volunteer to be on Committee's -- Electoral Committee's or Resolution Committee's or whatever slots are open. GO NOW!!!
I'm also not giving any info out about us... but we have something VERY good that happened today as well. Now listen to me - get yourselves there to vote on Resolutions and ASK if there are any slots open where the local GOP needs help... think about what can happen if you get yourself on a Committee to elect Delegates to State or other such slots.

Got my delegate papers in today. They would not let me be a precinct delegate, but I got to be an at large delegate and I got one other guy to do it, so I hope we can get to the state convention..

Ohio Delegate Information Anyone?
Could anyone please point me in the direction for information regarding Ohio delegate selection? Congressman LaTourette's office told me that all Ohio delegates were already chosen for the Republican party, but I have learned not to always trust what our government tell us.
This is my understanding for Ohio
The delegates were selected during the process of getting votes to put Ron Paul on the ballot in each district. When voting for Ron Paul in a district, a person is actually voting for the delegates. Since McCain was automatically put on Ohio's ballot without having to get signatures -- since he at that time wanted to accept matching funds...I have no idea how his delegates are chosen.
It is my understanding that ohio has 88 unbound delegates. It's a winner take all by district. Each district has 3 delegates.
I am still fuzzy on a little of this, but that is my best understanding. Can anyone else add to this?
