Union to Shut Down WestCoast Ports if war is not ended?

I haven't seen this here today but I thought it was worth a second look.
I know there have been some "stirs" that were posted here recently from Oregon regarding the military (National Guard) being mobilized in preparation for something they weren't even sure about.

I was just informed by a friend yesterday where he buys all of his products for his garden/lawn that if you buy ammonium nitrate from now on that your name goes on a list that must be kept for 2 years and given to DHS upon demand. If you (the seller) refuses to comply, then you risk losing your license and your business.

Sounds like they are concerned about civil unrest becoming a growing problem.

Now the Union is talking about closing down the West Coast ports if the war isn't ended? Could this have something to do with the buzz coming out of Oregon??
