Helping what? That end game thing is a ten year plan
for detaining and deporting illegal aliens. I am sorry but that sounds like a really good thing to me. Although, half way through the ten year window and no one is doing much at all to rid the country of this crap. Now, it's all amnesty and letting even more enter the country. It's all very confusing to me.

On the thread yesterday I said I don't understand the concern because just kind of skimming through the first few pages, it doesn't sound like anything to be worried about. I mean, all they are worried about now is amnesty and open borders, so I think this is a moot point. What am I missing?

You're missing a lot if you are only going off of that document. These types of programs, ie programs that involve building detention camps, began with Rex '84, with actual ground breaking in 1986. From the beginning the programs have been run with the first stated potential use being to deal with a massive influx of illegal immigrants. We have seen that influx and yet we were told that they had to have a catch and release program because there weren't enough places to hold them all. The stated reason for the programs, which are very very questionable even with the reason, came and went and they were never used.
Now, one thing that memo doesn't cover is that in all of the programs of this nature since 1984 the actual documents list off a number of borderline reasonable uses, immigrants, natural disaster etc until they come to the last one which paraphrased is "or other future programs". What future programs would need population roundup infrastructure and a large numbers of detention/internment camps?
I'm going to bed but if you are looking for more information on this topic Google "Rex 84", "Civilian Inmate Labor Program", "Operation Endgame". I would also suggest finding the article in the Houston Chronicle from last year on the topic and the one from the San Fransisco Chronicle from a couple weeks ago by a former Congressman. The Alex Jones Police State videos are also a reasonable source but expect some hyperbole.
