ADM. William Fallon was head of the joint chiefs of staff.. He resigned effective march 31st.. Fallon was against booosh's Iran policy. What I have read for the past year is --- If Fallon resigns then there is something big in the planning! Time to get ready for and expanding war! Fallon said there would never be 1st use of nuclear weapons on his watch!

Fallon 'may lose job over Iran war'
Adm. William Fallon, the head of the US Central Command, may lose his job for opposing President Bush's plans to wage war against Iran.
According to a new Esquire article by Thomas Barnett; Admiral Fallon may be prematurely 'relieved of his command' as soon as this summer to be replaced with a more 'pliable' commander.
Question: What's so urgent to get Fallon out of the way ASAP vs. "this summer"?

Not to start fear mongering, but I work with a guy who was in Germany training for the Vietnam War. He was training with launching nuclear warheads the size of a trash can from the ground. This ground launcher was set up with three people and could be transported by all three of them in the back of a car. The warhead could vaporize a city from 30 miles away. If they had this technology 30 years ago, what's to stop them today?

A few years ago I saw something on TV about the Soviets constructing suitcase nukes during the cold war. Also something about the suspicion that the Soviets had hidden nukes prepositioned in various locations throughout the US. I suppose it's possible. Who knows...

There is an absolute minimum
There is an absolute minimum size of a nuke based on "critical mass". Nuclear explosions can only occur when enough mass is united. You can't have a functioning nuke in the size of a suitcase.
A previous poster mentioned a "trash can" size nuke. From what I have read it would have to be a fairly large trash can. The smallest nuclear weapon device core is about the size of a subcompact car.

Says it will be blamed on Iran and WWIII will begin. He says Obama may be assassinated between Sept. and Oct. this year. Hillary will be pres. and welcome and endorse a one world leader (the anti-Christ) in 2010. I never heard of Pastor Harry before but he may be closer to the truth than most of us want to believe.
Whether the Bible codes predict this or not, I believe WWIII will start this year. There will be martial law in the U.S. so, stock up on food, water, and other supplies.
Oh, and repent of your sins confessing them to God and believe that Jesus paid your (our) penalty for sin on the cross. Paying the penalty (death) satisfied God's righteous demand for justice. Jesus did indeed rise the 3rd. day conquering death once and for all who believe. He loves us and in His perfect wisdom decided this is the best plan possible for reconcilliation between Him and His most beloved creations--us.

My neighbor's church said the same thing about Y2K and they barred up their windows and bought truckloads of rice and beans. When the "end times" came they locked themselves in the house for a few days. They finally came out though to put out the trashcans.

There were some significant possibilities with Y2K, but fortunately the programmers got that sorted out in time. I can say that Y2K still did cause some issues as I've seen them first hand in my work, but they were rather minor and patched up once discovered.

I suppose this is all quite possible, although I hope this does not happen!
Just some thoughts I had about the topic of how war might break out and spread around the world:
- We've been on shaky ground with Iran for a long time, at some points war appeared very close.
- President Bush recently announced that we would support Columbia in their military standoff with Venezuela and Ecuador.
- AFAIK, Venezuela & Iran are friends...
I could imagine Columbia being attacked, U.S. moving in to defend them... then Ecuador also being involved in this. Things destabilize even more with Iran... we end up in war with them as well. Russia & China have a lot invested with and do business with Iran, afaik, so they will want to put a fast stop to that war. It's possible that Russia & China get involved to help defend Iran. Then take into account our other allies (who are barely supporting us in Iraq) that might get involved. We already know U.S. made a deal with Canada to allow canadian military on our soil to control Americans.... It could be a real mess.
