winning points
One point which should really draw in the African American audience is that Ron Paul wants to end the war on drugs because it has been particularly unfair to black men being arrested. Also, Ron Paul is against the death penalty because of wrongful convictions. He would also favor ending FEMA since it did a horrible job with Katrina. These issues I think would be very appealing to African Americans.

Even though she is behind Obama I don't see any harm in flooding her inbox.

She is supporting Obama. Why would she show any support for someone not liberal. I think The View would be a good venue. I like the idea of mass email. Should work the idea some more.
