Is Youtube pulling all CSPAN videos, or only the good ones?

What's actually happening is this:

1) People are falsely claiming copyright infringement against videos they don't like.

2) Youtube is forced to temporarily pull the videos.

3) If the original uploader of the video does not contest the copyright claim under fair use, then the video is permanently removed and a mark is given to the account.

4) After several copyright claims against a single account without any contest, youtube is forced to suspend the entire account.

Always contest copyright claims!
