Where Are The Donations
I find it hard to believe that over a thousand people use DP everyday and yet the donations have dried up. Ron Paul has made it very clear that he is in the presidential race right up thru the GOP convention this fall. Then, whether as our president or as congressman from Texas, he will help all of his supporters prevent the demise of our constitution. He is a brillant man who is now starting to give more details as to want needs to be done. As such, I would love to see the $50.000 plus donation days become routine and throw in a money bomb or two along the way

I am also asking DP's Mr. Nystrom to put a money bomb on the front page to help with the PA. primary as well as the Ron Paul campaign in general.
You know, we can have the best of intentions but without ample contributions our efforts will not come to fruition. Just look at the monies the democratic canidates have been pulling in, so I hope all Ron Paul supporters rethink the money issue and perhaps set a goal for the April thru June quarter of $6,000,000 or more. Thank you.

I Do Not Understand
Consisently 600+ people using DP and no donations. Other than to repeat myself with facts like Ron Paul is an active canidate and that any campaign needs money to function with.I just am fustrated to understand the lack of financial support Yes there have been several post since this one acknowledging that monies need to be raised and there is a money bomb being suggested for April 1, but I have got to tell you that Ron Paul must also be wondering where the donations are. A canidate for the presidency of the United States and the grassroot supporters believe $100 days are reasonable financial support? Thank you.

Presently over 600 DP users and the total donations for the day well under a thousand dollars. I just do not understand. Ron Paul is in the race until WE drop out!! Please send donations whenever possible and not just for a money bomb. Thank you.
I do what I can
I sent another $25 yesterday, but I have very little extra these days. I also have been buying local ads instead of contributing. I also am concerned about the precinct leader number - it has not changed at all. There is still a long way before this is over, and this is a FREE way to show support. I hope people will consider signing up for this even if their primary is over.

$161,000,000. Maxed out I think not. Furthermore, we should all be recruiting new donors and as such Ron Paul supporters.

we haven't won even one primary...the donations died right after the last few primary trouncings, like Texas, our home state...also Dr Paul said basically it's over and the campaign is winding down..the donations logo on the official website is also gone

There is still a donation link from the site, I just used it yesterday and it works just fine. You know, I have been trying really hard to behave and emulate Ron, but you are too much. Shut the fu#k up.

Donation Counter
The counter came down due to the lack of donations. However , HQ does have its campaign manager allocating the donations to the state field directors. No money coming into HQ means no money for primaries.
I believe that Ron Paul is not agressive enough in terms of raising money - however this is consistent with is overall campaign stratergy and that is let the grassroot effort take charge.
Donate if you can but also consider trying to get new donors involved. Thank you.
Maybe Ron is concerned for his supporters
and wants us to take care of ourselves as the economy crumbles around us. Maybe he knows people like me will keep sending money I don't really have at this point, and he does not want us to feel badly for being broke. Maybe he is smarter than all of us, and we should try to do what he asks instead of second guess everything.

Donations Matter
Ron Paul is in this campaign right thru to November when he becomes our next president. I talked to HQ just yesterday and yes they would love to see donations start coming in.
I am waiting to hear from DP's Mr. Nystrom to see if we can have a money bomb on DP's front page very soon.

Where Money Should Go
HQ already said they do not plan on using it other than putting it on the main page. This is what they mean by letting it up to us. This is what they have wanted along. We should have donated more to local PAC's and had known people checking chip-in credibility. Whoever runs this site and others needs to take the lead. After Super Tuesday all money should have went to these efforts.

Again donating to local PAC's is a given. Yet twice this past month when talking to headquarters I was told , yes local donations good but that headquarters could use the money also. Confusing and this is a reason donations are down I an sure. I will call HQ again tomorrow for guidance and post there response.
Personally. I wish HQ would develope a page "of the most asked questions about campaigning" and keep it as a reference on their front page. Thank you.

Here again, I wish headquarters was more definitive. Talked to them 3 times last week and I have a list of questions for Monday.
Would't it be nice to have answers to questions like yours. Put up a page for informing the Ron Paul supporters.
How about clarification regarding what kind of financial support campaign can fund for state efforts like media,etc.

Donations
Pennsylvania kicked in over $700k to the campaign. Online documents available from the state indicate that the grass roots got over 63 delegate candidates (and 31 alternates) on the ballot for the April 22nd primary. These delegates are both blind and unbound. Blind means that they are not identified on the ballot with any Presidential candidate. Unbound means that they can vote for Ron with no restrictions. Is this a potential bonanza compared to other states or what?
Does Ron's inner circle want these delegate candidates elected? The campaign declined to help elect them by providing any advertising, mailings, phone bank calling, candidate flyers or even sample ballots. Word has it that the grass roots asked for $200,000 for such purpose and that the campaign has declined to allow Ron to participate in grass roots fundraisers to pay for such campaign tools.
I'm not sure what purpose further donations to the campaign should be expected to accomplish other than funding the educational efforts to which the campaign is transitioning.
Anyone who personally knows Ron should tell him that his inner circle have their heads up their arses. It's not over until McInsane finds out how many of the delegates he has "won" are not going to vote for him.

I do wonder about the "subtle" campaign stratergy coming out of headquarters. They are always polite and listen but then ...nothing.
From my perspective grassroot campaign does not get the support, enough direction and money, from headquarters. I really think meetup groups, precinct leaders, and all other Ron Paul supporters need to e-mail Ron Paul directly and state their concern. Almost a week ago I posted my feelings about headquarters making an all out effort to win PA. primary. Called headquarters twice. Titled the post "Make PA. Primary Huge Win.' No real response. Presently, after two e-mail exchanges with DP.s Mr. Nystrom, waiting to hear about his helping with posting on DP's front page a money bomb to help pay for a media blitz of PA. and share the Ron Paul freedom message. Imagine how exciting a win in the PA. primary would be.

Some legal issue about grassroots in collaberation with HQ..they have discussed it b4. I dunno what totals to HQ are anymore but I have recently given $25.00 + $50.00 last week and this week. They still getting my money in hopes they will do something LOUD with it..lol

My feeling is that the grassroot campaign deserves more assisstance and perhaps guidance. After all , most of us are political novices and are doing our best to get Ron Paul elected. Thank you.
