As some of you may know, I am no longer officially with the Ron Paul campaign as of March 14th. It's been my observation that at times there has been a disconnect in communication between the campaign and grassroots supporters, and so I thought that now that I am no longer with the campaign, I can do the most good by taking some time to answer any questions that people may have regarding the campaign. I'd like to do everything I can to unite everyone dedicated to the ideals of liberty, and to clarify any misperceptions that may have existed or still exist amongst all of us.
That said, I am not speaking in the capacity as a representative of the campaign, and nothing I say should be taken as such. I'm not here to speak negatively of any members of official staff, grassroots supporters, or anyone else who has given a great deal of time, money, and effort helping Ron Paul earn the Republican nomination. But I am perfectly willing to share parts of my experience working on the campaign, as well as answer any questions that people may have about campaign-related issues, past or present. I know that at times some supporters have been critical of me personally, and I welcome any comments to that regard, so long as they are civil and substantive.
To share one comment up front... I never cease to be amazed by the effort and dedication of people both inside and outside of the campaign to Ron Paul, and all of the ideas by which we are united. It's been a source of frustration for me at times to see us tearing at each other, because while there's a place for constructive criticism, in my opinion we'd be much better off focusing on how to defeat other candidates and further this great movement we've started. After all, while we may have our differences or sources of discontent, we're all working for the same goal.
So that said, let me be as much of a resource to you as I can!

The answers to the "why didn't they...."
questions are ALL there! I just got finished reading the entire, now, 26-page thread and I HAVE to tell you all that you simply must read this!! While it's true that none of what he is saying is in the official capacity of REPRESENTING the campaign, these are his own thoughts, ideas and words and those are sometimes just as valuable. He cleared up A LOT. He even covered the Don Luskin defection to the McWar staff. It is worth every minute it takes to read the whole thread. Clarity is what you'll get from your investment. Then you too, like me, will be that much more committed to what we started here. A revolution!
We've got a lot of work to do to take back our government and Dr. is trying to show us how, but we aren't listening. It HAS to be us talking to our neighbors, it has to be Precinct by Precinct. There have to be RP cantidates that we fund and support. From the ground up is the ONLY way we are making a change to our faulty government apparatus. Ron Paul is only one guy - he can't be everywhere at once. I have a feeling Dr. Paul's book is going to fire us right up into planned action again and reading Jonathan's thread will serve as a nice primer for making peace with HQ, if you needed to, and providing understanding for all those who ever wondered, "What in the heck are those guys doing over there?!"
A great many thanks must go out to Jonathan himself for taking the initiative to try to repair relations between HQ and the grassroots. I think, if you take the time, that you will see that he has done a wonderful job with that effort. :)

This is the best site for me. Come check this out once a week and talk to us. I do not go to ronpaulforums. Glad you are communcating though.
Why No Numbers
I feel as all this grassroots going on all over the country is not followed up with. We never really know how we did with delegates. All the info I get comes from this site.
Why would they not be involved online more also. I can think of that one video they put out. Why not weekly or daily videos telling us what is going on. Anybody can make a youtube video. It would have been to easy. We understand it is up to individuals but that is why we gave you guys the money.
Ron on Coast to Coast!!!!!
How can we get Headquarters to pay attention to our outcry to have Ron Paul as a guest on the Internationally famous talk show, Coast to Coast? He has been invited on the show, but with lots of persistance, and over 8000 emails to Coast to Coast, but we have yet to have a response from HQ.

My daughter is a delegate for her district in GA and wil be going to the state convention! Her boyfriend is also a delegate... different district! They heard alot today about getting behind the party ( Mc
Cain) but she and other members of meetup are in for the long haul for Ron Paul! Im in NC and our primary is on May 6th...we are not discouraged and staying the course!
My question will Ron be making any appearances in PA , GA or NC? Why isnt the campaign more aggressive with radio ( coast to coast or any other that wants him) and TV ads?
