Good work!

What does all this reading mean for you and me as becoming Ron Paul Delegates.

In Arizona, I do not believe the GOP has picked its delegates from the PC pool it has .... I am a PC in waiting and curious as to how this will work. I understand that one chairman stepped down after allow in so many new PC's that the GOP rank n file "know" are RP patriots looking to become delegates.

are different as far as electing delegates. The book deals with procedural things, like electing a chairman and how to pass resolutions.

Awww :) I like seeing my name up in "the headlines"

The states rules are on your states GOP web-site, too. Learn the rules so you can manipulate them to our advantage. The hardest thing to find is the list of delegates. I have been e-mailing my GOP for the list for a month now and you would think I never sent one letter. I am being completely ignored. Isn't this list public? Aren't these elected officials? SC chose their delegates last summer so it was too late for me to get involved, but I want the damn list of names!

Mathew 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Make your requests in affidavit form.

That is, have a Notary Public witness your signature on your demand for a list that is public in nature. In your "Plain Statement of Fact" outline why they are required to provide this information which includes, but is not limited to, the Freedom of Information Act. The Notary acts as a third party governmental witness to your signature on the document. Send this certified or registered mail to the chairman of your state GOP. Should the chairman refuse to provide said documents you may use the affidavit and it's supplemental "Notice of Non-Response" and "Certificate of Protest" as evidence in court should you sue him for dereliction of duties and acting ultra vires to his own by-laws and corporate charter. This will be a powerful document that the judge is required to take judicial notice of in his findings of fact and conclusions of law.

it's public

but the GOP is, in fact, a private club. People don't understand that about the primaries, they aren't government elections, they are elections in a private club that use government election apparatus.
