Original Jurisdiction - Important
I have posted the following in response to many posts over the past several months; and, now, because I think it is the single most important thing for all who want to save their country and Constitution from certain destruction, I am going to post it under it's own thread...
To regain the nations sovereignty and the individual's sovereignty one must start by securing their land patent and then help reseat the original jurisdiction government.
Go to teamlaw.org and read everything they have, call and talk to the trustee, listen to the audio files on land patents and the Constitutional Perspective, secure your land patent and become an Elector and no longer simply be a voter (who is merely a tenant on the land), check out the Governor's Corner to see if your state has an original jurisdiction Governor seated.
Learn The Law and apply The Law. Everyone needs to do this. Consider becoming a beneficiary of Team Law.
And, Team Law will be the first to tell you not to just take their word for it, rather, go out and research it yourself and come back and tell them what you have learned.

I would think there would be some images of the subpoenas and letters with the agencys involved. It might lend a little more credibility to the OJ claims. But I dont see any evidence.

I would think there would be all kinds of letters and emails and evidence. Do you have to pay $695 to become a beneficiary to be able to see this evidence?? Certain questions in the forums can only be answered if you are a paying beneficiary. Check out the links below to learn more about teamlaw

I would think that all of the cases they have won or at the very least one case would be proudly displayed on their site for all to see.

So far, I do not have an answer for you, maybe you can call the administrator and get an answer as to where the letters and emails are.
What I can tell you is this. You cannot purchase a membership to TeamLaw. If you choose to donate money to support TeamLaw, and if you surpass the $695 level, what you get is the right to nominate someone else as a beneficiary of the TeamLaw group.

I just kept seeing these threads being bumped by the people who started them. It has just always seemed wierd to me why anyone in this movement would charge someone to free themselves. I dont think moses charged the slaves of israel to free them from bondage. But hey I could be wrong. And at $695 a head he would have made a pretty penny if he did.

So you think that it costs nothing to get this message out to the people? You think there are no logistics involved? Do you think that it cost them nothing to put together all their audio and video presentations, of which there are many?

the sites I have provided. And ask yourself where is there any proof of the assertions being made on that site. Why have they not posted openly to the public, proof of any court case they have won? Or scanned in and posted any of the relevant correspondance with the Government agencys they claim recognise them.

I, personally, don't care about their "court cases". I have taken the time to do the independent research regarding what they have presented and I have proven it to myself to be true.
In fact, Team Law tells anyone that visits their site not to take their word for anything they present, but to go to the source (Nat. and State Archives, Library of Congress) and look up the proof for yourself.
Whatever they have done is irrelevant. The question is, what are you going to do?
And, if you really have a problem with not seeing some document, why not call the Trustee up on the phone and talk to him.

You just let me know how that land grant works out for ya!!!!!!!! Maybe you can come here to the DP and post your court paperwork showing how you did it, and that you were successful. Because if you go to any court in this country with that OJ shit they will laugh your ass all the way to the jailhouse. They refuse to recognise it. Teamlaw isnt doing anything that hasnt been done before. Nor are they providing information that has'nt been readily available to any patriot with the patience to look it up for themselves. And those of us who have been here since before the patriot movement became popular know this. I hope you do not restrict your learning to that site. It may be legal and it may be true, but you will be in prison with the Montana Freemen if you attempt to persue it thru the courts. Good luck with your future research and spend your money as you see fit.

This is pointless man. Most of the population doesnt even realize who or what the federal reserve is or does. They still think they get their rights given to them by government. They think it is ok to police the world and that america is rich and prosperous. All this jibber jabber about Original Jurisdiction is just that. It's NOT important to get this info out. It's IMPORTANT to get the info of collectivism out and change people's minds on that ideology.

This approach doesn't require most of the population to know anything about it. All the OJ governors that are currently seated got there without any of us knowing it. It only takes a few well-informed people throughout the states making this happen behind the scenes until there are enough seated OJ governors to assert control.
I agree that this would seem wild, even impossible, to most people, and I'm still convincing myself of some of their claims, but I wouldn't go so far as "pointless".

I think this information is very good.
If I might be permitted to make a recommendation, I'd like to suggest that somebody from teamlaw come over here to DP and start helping people along with these concepts, with some introductory education threads to get people started..
We are a fertile field for expanding their efforts.
However, it is a fairly complex thing for many to understand, and some tutoring and assistance in getting with the program would be very helpful.
I'm quite sure that the results of increased support for teamlaw, as well as helping to open the eyes of many people, would seem to be worth the effort.
I doubt that there would be many websites with the potential number of people that would be sympathetic to the cause, than the DP.
It just needs a little cultivating. People need to achieve a little bit of comfort level with getting their feet into the water with this stuff, before they can just fly with it.

Another suggestion, go to the site and click on the Contact link. Call the administrator. They always call you back and are wiling to answer any questions that you may have.
You have some great ideas. I know that the information can seem a little daunting for a first time visitor. Maybe breaking it up into mini introductory lessons would be a good place to start. Lets work together to spread the word.

However, I think that for best use of the people at teamlaw's time, it takes alot less time to do a tutorial once, or a progression of tutorials, and let a thousand or more people read it, than it takes to individually tutor 1000 or more people that call up asking questions.
Simply more time and effort economical.

What if the government was unable to sell Treasury bills? Wouldn't they be forced to mint money?
Seems to me that if we want to take power away from the elite who benefit from the Federal government, then people need to stop holding and investing in T-bills and put wealth in their own bank. An investment in T-bills empowers the elitists controlling the Federal government. Remember T-bills are just paper, just like FRNs. Withdrawling our investment is their biggest fear. Holding onto T-bills locks up dollars as they say. I suggest investing in something other than T-bills such as your local economy, food, supplies, silver and gold. These items stimulate our economy and the individual is empowered. But, what the hell do I know?

Original Jurisdiction seems legit so far
I have been lookin ginto it for 4 months. I am now waist-deep in the information. I have found it thus-far to be legit.
Do not take my word for it, or anyone elses, do your own research and prove it to be wrong. If you cant, as I and many many others have thus-far failed to do so, you may make up your own mind...
I will say this, I have personally spoken to the O.J. President of the Republic of Texas.
