We The People
I attended the Houston meeting of We the People organization with Chairman Bob Schulz yesterday. I have long followed this organization and Mr. Schulz fight to right the wrongs of our various levels of government. I encourage ALL Daily Paulers and anyone else interested in a return to Constitutional government to attend one of these meetings in your area and become involved in this process. Details are available at http://forum.w4sp.com/ on future events.
Mr. Schulz talked at length about the We the People Congress fight over the last 20 or so years and their current 'right to petition' lawsuit which they have against the government. He calls this the "capstone" right for, without it, none of the other rights guaranteed to us by the Constitution can be enforced. The Supreme Court has turned it's back on the People and refused to hear this argument in lieu of the Anna Nicole Smith suit and similar others. He closed with the thought that this R3volution be unified with a common goal of return to Constitutional principles and a vision that we eventually set up a grass roots coalition of citizens to hold our elected officials accountable for their actions. He has worked in his home state of New York and accomplished much toward these goals. You may get involved with this organization at http://givemeliberty.org/ and even 'volunteer' to be a state and/or county coordinator in your area.
This is really a great organization to be affiliated with and we need to support it and it's principles. Dr. Paul needs some HELP in helping to form a cohesive unit to further the R3volution and Bob Schulz is another honorable man that wants to help. Check it out!
