They make us back up all our assertions with facts.
They strengthen our resolve and renew our passion for the movement.
They make us laugh when they get too shrill.
I posted this in reply to a troll earlier. I encourage all trolls to read and really think about this, and think about the future of your children. You have the knowledge, you have read much of it here. Join our cause. You guys need Ron Paul, too!
You do not speak the language of a principled man. If you did, you would have picked who you were voting for already because their beliefs about government and the running of our nation most matched your own. You, sir, have no beliefs. You are a mercenary voter, which is scurrilous at best. When the folly of thinking like yours is fully exposed to the populace, the people will vote for their freedom and people like you, who, though exposed to the truth, still resist or reject it, will be villified as fools or traitors.
You might as well move to Great Britain. We don't have the government you want here, and we don't want it forced upon us by scoundrels like yourself.

Why else would they come to this site? Not to learn, obviously, or that would have been accomplished long ago.
It's to try to sway the "new-comers" who don't know who they are. That's job, to troll the troll and expose them. They come and go with different names - but once you "read" a rat, you can "smell" a rat a mile away!

you are confusing trolls with people who simply see things as they are and not through rose colored delusional glasses..What possible reason would someone have to 'troll" or be a "mole" on a site of a candidate who has 4% national support and 20 some odd delegates..it's time folks grew up and accepted what is and get their head out of the sand...That will determine whether or not this "revolution" has any future !!

Imaginary. Often mythological symbols of threshold guardians. Serve a necessary purpose to keep the unprepared from the grail. Appear to block, but really are just a test for the hero. I must admit that I do not exactly understand the meaning of the term on the forum. Is it more of a troublemaker here?
Trolls
In the fairy tales we heard as children, trolls lurked under bridges and grabbed unsuspecting passersby for lunch. In the context of this site, trolls seem to be people who are either covert supporters of some other candidate who want to discourage us, or people with psychological problems who get off on spreading dissension and doubt. I guess if you don't have any real core beliefs of your own, you might resent or even hate people who do. You might make a hobby of trying to destroy other people's self confidence, to prove to yourself that your own doubts and fears are "normal." Hence trolls. They really do want to eat you for lunch. Your spirit, anyway.
So I don't agree with the poster of this thread-- we DON'T need them.

Actually though the term "troll" refers to trolling as in "troll motor". Trolling around looking to get people emotionally riled up even if the troll knows what they are saying is not true or logical.

The trolls are not flocking to this outright challenge of their morality to rain their foolishness down on it. They know what they are doing. Let them do it, ignore it if you need to, and spread the message of freedom in this forum without angst.
