Dr. Paul may knock them all out? Obama, Clinton, McCain.

We are going to be in such financial turmoil and depression that I could actually see McCain bowing out of the race because our nation will need Dr. Paul's expertise.

Laugh now, it may now be completely intentional but perhaps all the support will go away for the fascists that are running.

The wise man has predicted, now he has spoken he is still in the race and people are listening to his monetary policy.

Anyone?

During the beginning of times of Economic Hardship

is when freedom suffers, not gains. People are not going to want someone whom has repeatedly stated "I don't want to run the economy, I don't know how".

I have been believing exactly the same thing

for many months. Dr. Paul is too humble and sensible to hang in there claiming he will triumph. But he is a patriot and, if God will save us, I truly believe it will be as you say and it will be through Ron Paul in the end.

I hear echoing of his statements

and have heard them quite often the last few days (week?). But no one is giving the credit to Dr. Paul. I keep thinking even if they didn't invite him onto one of the MSM programs because of his run for the presidency, they surely should invite him because of his expertise and his role in Congress (ranking member of the House Financial Services Committee). But no, they still refuse to credit anyone but the new people who start to copy his long-standing statements.

They just won't give him an inch! It's terribly aggravating.

I have too.

I know I have been hearing things sounding just like Paul from people now. It goes to show you that they watch the exciting one. Even when he is on so little! Because he makes the most sense!

Excerpt:

Saxo Bank experts believe that oil prices will hit the level of 175 dollars per barrel in 2008, whereas grain prices will double. The U.S. and the Chinese markets will collapse by 25 and 40 percent respectively by the end of the summer of 2008. Every third of ten U.S. large building companies will go bankrupt. The British economy will also start declining.

The bank has its forecast on the new U.S. president too. The bank predicts that Ron Paul, the Texan Republican, will take the office in 2008.

I wish I could imagine realistic circumstances under

which what you suggest might come to pass. Dr. Paul told them, using his most distressed voice, of what was coming and what the result will be, once this whole fiat-farce finally runs up against the brick wall of reality and the inescapable lessons of human history. His supporters listened. Even some, who decided they could not support him, listened and agreed with his economic lessons but could not pry themselves away from their inner belief and faith in foreign military intervention. There are some very hard-headed folks out and about who will steadfastly refuse to read, to study, to consider, to challenge the axioms that have been drilled into their heads from earlier days of their indoctrination. The education of such a body is a long and difficult road, keeping in mind that the public generally maintains a very short memory.

Short memory or not,

they will all be glued to the financial news when the panic sets in. As long as the hosts on these shows are at liberty to have Dr. Paul as a guest, even the stodgiest neocon will get educated on what's important in a hurry, and they will know who to support. Public sentiment will affect the delegates too.

New Hampshire and Ecuador.

Lincoln won

going in with 22 delegates.

McCain

McCain has the delegates and the nomination..he's not going anywhere..and in the remote chance he does, Romney steps in to fill the void

LOL!

I see you're spreading that all over the board. Romney's got as much chance at winning over the conservative rank and file Republicans as Obama does. Is that who you're backing? Good luck with that.

I

I don't back Romney, but the GOP will turn to him and even huckabee before us..You do realize Romney will be McCain's running mate ??

McCain can pick anyone he

McCain can pick anyone he wants, should he stumble over the finish line. Who cares?

Who are you backing, if not Romney?

Depends

depends on who gets the parties nominations..if Dr Paul gets the GOP nomination, which is highly unlikely, I will vote for him.....i cannot vote for McCain or Clinton, that's for certain

There is no provision in the Constitution for you to vote for

President or the Vice-President. The electoral college will do that in accordance with Article II, Section 1, Clause 3. You in the meantime may focus your efforts on why Ron Paul refers to Obomba as a "fraud".

I'm Talking About Right Now

not after the conventions. Who do you support, Romney? Huckabee? Obama??

Dr

Dr Paul, he will get my vote in my upcoming primary

Call Me Crazy

but I believe you.

I don't think Romney can

I don't think Romney can survive in the shadow of the financial crisis that is happening and will continue to happen. He has not a clue either.

He

He probably knows more than McCain..and the sad part, in the Zolgby Poll, McCain beats both Obama and Clinton

Why are you here?

What are you trying to accomplish?

naww...

McCain wont' drop out, he and everyone else believes he's got the nomination locked up. Judging from human nature throughout history, he'll give into his selfish tenancies (rather than allow the best Republican candidate to step forward) and stay in the race. And he'll justify it by claiming he's the best Republican because of his tough stance on terror..interesting coming from someone who sang like a songbird under torture, heaven forbid he gets captured by terrorists.

AGREED

I will definitely stand in agreement with you on this one!!
At some point the "elite" will see that even they are not immune from this.

I think Bill Clinton

voiced dismay at one point that 9/11 had not happened on his watch so he could have had a huge defining moment. Of course that was when Bush's popularity was at an all-time high.

But if our current contenders glance up and see a Mount-Everest-sized mudslide of hurt and pain headed their way, do they really want to be in charge of total chaos? Maybe not.

Dr. Paul, on the other hand, has spent half a lifetime preparing to lead amid just this sort of crisis. This will be made all the more obvious to candidates and delegates alike as he becomes an indispensable guest pundit on one financial show after another. So I don't put this scenario past the point of possibility, not in the slightest.

New Hampshire and Ecuador.

I don't know if John McCain

I don't know if John McCain will drop out--I think he's too dumb to drop out. But I do think that the decline in our economy is a blessing in disguise for Ron Paul. My mom, who is up in the air with Ron Paul, said to me today that if Ron Paul is elected in November that he will help fix the economy. I'm glad more and more people are starting to listen to what Ron Paul is saying...thank God.

no, McCain's too much of an

no, McCain's too much of an ass to do that... I don't think you understand how much these people want the power of the presidency. They're not going to bow out for the good of the country. If they were serious about working for the good of the country, none of them would have run.

and McCain is so full of himself, and well, insane, that he's not smart enough or polite enough to ever consider something beyond himself.

I can ............

........... go along with that. It is a possibility.
