Help Ron Paul Republican Jason McCaffity Contest his Election - Endorsed By Ron Paul!

Local Candidate running for Constable in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area needs your help in contesting his election.

I want everyone to know that each and every one of you truly made a difference during this race. 8,511 votes (48%) to 9,275 votes (52%) sent a message. That is a margin of just over 4% and with the election violations that occurred, I have been advised by legal counsel to contest the election. To do this we need money and we need it fast. As of today We have already raised $1305.00 of the $5000 needed on the previous Chipin. Time is running out. It is with great reluctance that I ask this of my supporters, but Freedom is not Free. In Texas, homeschooling has not always been recognized as a legitimate form of private schooling. As recently as the 1980s, some school districts attempted to prosecute homeschoolers for truancy. The class action suit, Leeper v. Arlington Indep. School Dist., No. 17-88761-85 Tarrant County 17th Judicial Ct. Apr. 13, 1987, resulted in a trial level decision in favor of homeschooling. After several years of appeals, that decision was upheld by the Texas Supreme Court in 1994.
