Can't we all just get along. You are putting way too much energy into defending yourself, and you are pulling way too much energy from everyone else by continuing on with this. I hate to post a new thread about something as ridiculous as this, but we don't have time to focus on these petty problems. You have been a member for only 10 weeks which kind of makes me a little skeptical of you with how much tension you are causing. I have never seen someone on the daily paul as tenacious as you in the continuation of your argument and the defense of yourself. Can't you just post a thread apologizing to SGP (even if you feel you are right or wrong) for the good of the cause? You are pulling way too much energy away from the goal here, you are even pulling it from me by making me have to post this. Stop whining over email lists
As a 20 year sales and marketing executive I will tell you that email is a useless vehicle for marketing your message. It's a total waste of time and money. Your response, if you get one, will be less then 2 percent and most likely less then one. If you have your panties in a bunch over an email list, you are getting all worked up for nothing. I'd give it a rest.

I've been an education activist for 15 years and parents haven't been able to make a dent in their local *school districts*. Little things like No Child Left Behind-
Should your family or being in Congress come first? Or don't you have any kids?
When you get to Congress, please eliminate the Patriot Act.

NCLB is a federal law that school districts can't ignore.
They need to start at the state level. See if they can get one of their state reps to sponsor a bill to oppose federal education laws the erode state sovereignty. Without your state's involvement, you're just spinning your wheels. "Local" does nothing to fight "federal," unless you can find a law in your state's Constitution that helps you!
Surely by now you've become a delegate in your state and passed a resolution to address this very issue. Good luck with that!

The writer of the phrase, "Our hope of electing Ron Paul will inevitably fade from our minds, but our commitment to liberty and limited government must not!" has no ill intent towards Ron Paul.
He is speaking the truth. Whether Ron Paul is elected or not, 'our hope of electing Ron Paul' will fade. His point is that we need to build infrastructure to manage future activism.
The phrase is not "crap" as you say. It's just a statement reflecting reality. And it will come to pass.
