Site to Automatically Write a Politician

Why not create a site like the major greeting cards where you can pay $5 or whatever, and they will mail the card for you to a recipient.

Why not create a site like that, and people pay $5 or so to mail protest letters that are pre-written. The manager of the site collects the money and has a system to automatically send out the letters with stamps, and everything. Even pay more for tracking number and also have the politician's office have to sign to receive it.

Why not have "letter bombs"? How would a Congressman like it to get 30,000 letters and have to sign for all of them?
