US is a corporation

Please read this article. It's a little scary, but makes a lot of sense.

Also, click on the link about the 14th amendment at the bottom, very interesting also.

Yea, they are using the same

Yea, they are using the same business practices as Enron did. We are freaking doomed.

that is wierd

imunplugged, has LB talked to you about a state support group?

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." --Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (2 Cranch) 137 (1803)

I just talked

to him today. So, I'll be working on that the next few weeks. I think it will be really beneficial. If you have any ideas please let me know.

Another trick is to get your

Another trick is to get your name internationally trademarked. You can actually sue people for using your name without your authorization. Really helps with those credit card bills.

What about...

other people who have the same name as you? I was reading teamlaw.org, and I don't think this is a valid path to take.

It's possible, but you

It's possible, but you really have to know your law like the back of your hand.
This gal did it and spent an enormous amount of time studying it.

Personally I'm holding off to see what happens to her.

LB?

Who is this LB you guys keep mentioning?

He's a neat story

Keeping in mind that I have only read his book (The Red Amendment, OK twice), heard him on a few radio shows, spoken with him a few times and researched some of his references, I'd say he's probably the best kept secret in whatever you want to call this movement. He comes from simple beginnings and is generally soft spoken. I recall he spent about a decade researching Reconstruction period amendments and laws, then spent 3 solid years writing the Red Amendment. He's had some solid mentors and is spiritual and thanks God for accomplishing what he has.

He's starting some small speaking engagements this spring & summer and recommend you keep a lookout for one in your area. If this is any help, I would say he's got the drive of a G. Edward Griffin, the practical knowledge of a George Gordon and the humility of a Ron Paul, IMO. And he wants to save his country. Hope this helps and sorry LB if you read this and are embarrassed but you have my respect.

This is just my opinion, but

I think the constitution needs to be totally revamped. It has just gone under too much controversy and debate. There are too many theories that actually make a lot of sense. Judge Napolitano suggested that it should be worded We the States instead of We the People. Lysander Spooner says something along the same lines, that the document doesn't apply to us because we didn't agree to it or sign it. Then there are those who say we are under martial law since the War for Southern Independence (Civil War) and the constitution is actually void. All of these theories make sense. It seems like the only logical thing to do it reconstruct it and let the people vote on it this time.

Ron Paul

is a Lysander Spooner fan. I bet he would agree with that comment!!!

Maybe someone

should ask Ron Paul about this on the show tonight.

oh my gosh

this is such an educational thread. Now we gotta decide how to proceed with all this good information. This gives me hope that we can tumble this beast. After watching the good Dr. today also. Hope you all have caught that group of videos. Dr. Bill D.

here is a great website that explains the corporate usa

versus the US. By the way our names have all been incorporated, why do you think they are always in upper case letters on you license, credit card etc...
You have a straw man just as in the Wizard of Oz. The tin man T.I.N.
TAX INDENTIFICATION NUMBER. Just google the hidden meaning of the wizard of oz.

The Civil War Effectively Ended

The United States that our "Forefathers" formed with the Constitution. The day the Southern States walked out of Congress that eliminated the required Quarum, and without their return the Union was ended. Lincoln was acting under no authority as US president, as the country was disbanned without a quarum in its Congress. He was the self appointed Dicatator of the US. After the Civil War the Union was reformed, under duress. It is in truth The United States #2, a reformation. Under this reformation, the leaders continued to lead in the ways of Lincoln, through duress and/or deceit.

For you silver bugs, its interesting to note the historic price levels of silver through these times. From the end of the Continental Dollar (beginning of the Silver Dollar) till the Civil War, silver remained constant with a couple of short exceptions. Silver has not had a stable period since that war. (Gold prices have been set up until 1971)

BTW

Just recently traveled to California with nothing but State National ID, and had no problems at all.

Were you able to rent

a car or fly or whatver else requires that you produce ID?

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." --Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (2 Cranch) 137 (1803)

Yes

I did fly, renting a car is another issue. We are working on it though. It all about contracts. As I'm sure you know. L.B. is all about not entering into contracts.

Actually, there are three different "United States"

United States* - as in this nation with respect to all the other nations in the international community of nations

United States** - the federal zone: includes D.C., Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, territories, military bases, and other "federal enclaves"

United States*** - the constitutional union of 50 states which make up the republic

Onward to the National Convention we go

the more interesting question becomes

Which United States are you a citizen of:
If you are a citizen of United States**, then you cannot be a citizen of United States*** - as in they are mutually exclusive

Ever wonder why we all have to pay income taxes,

Its because when you "voluntarily" contracted with United States** for Social Security benefits, then you not only became liable for social security taxes and income taxes,

you also

give up your citizenship in United States***
and
become a citizen of United States**

Onward to the National Convention we go

Please explain it correctly.

A true Citizen on The United States of America is not a Citizen of THE UNITED STATES. A citizen of THE UNITED STATES is not a Citizen of The United States of America. Take a look, do you notice the uppercase Citizen versus the lower case citizen. All upper case letter is the corporate form of a name. The word Citizen was always written with a capital C up until the 14th Amendment where they created a new legal definition of citizen with a small c. So please make the distinction between the two.

thanks for the clarification

28 USC 3002(15)(A) - the United States is a federal corporation

Onward to the National Convention we go

If the states won't secede

you can do it on a personal level. Maybe this is what it will take. It is important to note that you can no longer partake of the benefits if you choose this route. That means SS, public schools, food stamps, federal loans, the list could go on and on and on......you get the point.

Benefits?

Where is the way out!!

quitting Social Security is the way out

Onward to the National Convention we go

I can do that, no problem

what else.
