A pocket sized Constitution--Foreword by Ron Paul

I don't know if it has been kicked around or not but when I was at the Pentagon I picked up a cool pocket sized constitution that I take with me everywhere. I know there are all kinds of flyers and ads but a "Ron Paul" Pocket Constitution with a foreword by the Man would be and awesome and educational tool for the campaign that should be wildly circulated. I'm deployed now so I can't really do much with this idea in the desert. I would just be happy if someone else thinks it would be a good idea and run with it. Just a thought.

Ron Paul Constitution

There already is one. I have about 10 copies that a friend gave to me. I don't know where to get more though. They are from the Foundation for Rational Economics and Education. It has an introduction by Ron Paul. Here is their website, but I don't see where to order them.

There is a pocket constitution offered on this site: http://www.xmission.com/%7Enccs/us_constitution.html. I don't know if it is like the one you have in mind or if this source would do customization.

He's often carried one to events in Texas for years. It is printed by his foundation: F.R.E.E. Unfortunately, due to FEC regs -- we can't use it as a presidential campaign tool.

If Ron Paul took one with him to a GOP debate. And then pulled it out and read the appropriate section when Romney wants to consult his lawyers etc...

The foreword's the thing

I'm not sure I understand your comment. Are you saying your original idea is "not so hot" because of Kucinich's antics on Colbert? I disagree.
Dennis' copy probably has a foreword by Bono!
You have a great idea, and these should be offered with the other campaign materials on RonPaul2008.
The foreword should stress the fact that the only powers the U.S. government has are the powers listed in this brief document. Gentle voter, do you see anything in here about federal control of schools? Health care? Disaster relief?

Pocket Constitutions

Don't let Kucinich own this! The US Constitution belongs to all of us, pocket version or otherwise. I thought giving free pocket constitutions was a great idea before. NOW with a forward by RP its even better. I wonder if this pocket edition could have red letters on certain passages like the Bible does, on passages that RP is always quoting. We could buy them and give them out in our door-to-door canvassing.
