There is no amount of money that can do what a well trained army of delegates can.
No demonstration in the streets.
No national strike.
Nothing has the power of capturing the delegate positions and making the changes needed in our self-government.
History will show that Steve Parent was the one lone messenger who tipped the scales in favor of the American people....if we spread the message.

Steve Parent has been screaming for us to get our hands and our attention on the trim tab that can turn the great ship of state.
He has a mastery over this process of gaining delegates and navigating the convention process.
It's hard tedious work. But it's work that will payoff without a doubt.
We need to focus our attention and resources on learning this material.
If we don't, we will have only ourselves to hold accountable for our failure to recover our country.

My meetup group has gone lame
I was the only one of 'us' at my county's GOP meeting.
But I've learned to take my lead... Dr. Paul is only one of 435 and often votes alone.
To do nothing, to say nothing, to not be present to object...is to condone and endorse the things done in my name and with my money by my silence.

a money question...
uh...one thing I was wondering...say Ron Paul gets the nomination...where is the money going to come from to finance a general election campaign? Hill and Obama have a fortune and we do not.
Aside from the fact that many STILL know nothing about him, will ENOUGH Americans be so elated and relieved at the possibility that such a grownup could be in charge that they suddenly give like there's no tomorrow? (appropriate phraseology, doncha know...)

And when voters finally do research online the weekend before the election, who has the videos and articles to do the job?
Plus, those of us who have maxed out on the primary can give again, and most of the donors for the last few months have been new ones.
I wouldn't worry about this one. Especially, meanwhile the D's have been draining themselves with supporting more than one candidate. The anti-war supporters are willing to spend, and Ron Paul is the peace candidate.

If we just look back
at what happened last summer and fall we see that Ron Paul draws from a wide variety of political persuasions.
Most Ron Paul supporters are ignorant of the fact that these kinds of movements go through ups and downs. They don't realize that there will be more waves of new supporters coming onboard.
They think they were all there is. In fact they were just the seed that started it all. And just like real seed, not all of it germinates. But when it does, it brings forth many times the fruit.

Bush will attack Iran very soon , the world will take offense, America will be destroyed by it within the global collective and the three ( so called ) remaining candidates will not want the job once the revolt begins and the masses wake up to the tyranny. Ron Paul being the only republican candidate with any integrity will rise to the occasion. The Dem's will have served their purpose as a political diversion and suddenly be forgotten. Bush will declare martial law and stop the elections. The people will rise up and a full blown civil war will ensue within the United States of America.

The typical vote fraud strategy may be overwhelmed if our
numbers are strong enough. They have to know which states to focus on and what kind of volume to anticipate.
It's possible we could totally throw them off.

Near as I can tell, you and I are the only two who are really concerned about it. We won't win unless we change this system, but nothing is being done. Do you think you and I can change it???? I have been feeling alone in this regard since three months before the primaries. Every time I express it, it is totally ignored. Like no one has a clue. Isn't there something to be done??

We have dine a LOT it just does not work. We The People foundation submitted a Petition of Grievance--they refused to hear it. We put in a lawsuit to count ballots by hand, they are fighting it with long time spans and nothing is happening. If RP does not get elected by the People, we are S.O.L. If anyone can help publicize how his presidency would compare to the others NOW is the time to do it..

You're right, they don't listen.
I think part of the problem is that some here are vying for positions of power and influence under the guise of chatting about our common problems. If a particular topic fits their power agenda, they respond; if not, they ignore.
Then there's the question of fear. There is definitely a scary element to all this, and some just don't want to look too deeply into the heart of darkness. Other are just the opposite: They have a superficial take on all this. They cannot imagine that things could be difficult, complex or filled with intrigue, because they don't know history, and they choose to ignore human nature.
One way or another, either the right issues will be addressed in time, or they won't. Yes, there are answers, and there are things than can be done—to answer your question directly. But nobody's listening, and a public forum, to repeat part of my earlier post below, is not the place.
I wish it were otherwise...

I lose track of these things badly.
I see there has been discussion, sort of. The discussion sort of sounds like intelligent people saying I don't know what to do or how to do it, so I am going to put my head in the sand and just tell everyone I am confident that it will be ok so I don't look like I am putting my head in the sand.
Since the Republicans are the proven villains, the dems should be fully behind us getting real elections. So that should help. Although, I think Bush taught Hillary a thing or two that she intends to use. They/she may prefer to use their new found trickery than risk a real eletion. However, if it is Hillary/McCain, I don't see her having any problem.
The way I see it, there are a couple of organizations out there, that have been organized for this purpose, but haven't accomplished it. I approached the third parties to encourage them taking it on as an issue that would really put them on the map, but no answer what so ever. Our elections are run by the two villains. The two parties. That is ridiculous. That is like auditing yourself and telling your stockholders, that yep, all is well, we were audited.
Really, the truth is that this voting system for president is screwed from the ground up. It needs to be totally revamped. Each state does their own weird thing. I don't know if the way to attack it is from the ground up, or from the November election back to the primaries.
I will email you my personal email address in case you come up with some brilliant ideas. I'm in Texas. Where are you? Maybe we need 50 people, one per state, to come up with a plan and try to get it going asap.

first off, at the state conventions, I think you could pass a resolution that future primaries will be tabulated by paper ballot.
Secondly, in the national election, which is governed by federal election law, we have the legal right to vote on paper ballots. The key will be, once the november date gets closer, to get our people into precinct chair positions. Basically, you can oversee the elections, and make sure the provisional ballots get counted. Once the delegate process is over, this should probably be the next step.

I know you're well intended, and I appreciate your reply. But people who want to win take every conceivable precaution to secure their interests well ahead of time.
Your phrases like "I think," "have the right" (but not the obligation), and other similar statements seen here in the Daily Paul about our political future from various people do not inspire confidence that things have been thought-through carefully. Strategic thinking here seems limited to traditional tactical notions of what a political campaign is all about.
This is a huge mistake.

this is a Strategic question, a very important one, maybe the most important one, but nevertheless just one of many that are being ignored here.
I have elaborated on this point a number of times, though I must say I've been nowhere near as persistent and vocal as Dr. Steve Parent. I'm beginning to see that he has the right idea; Galactic Wacko, too, with his promotion of the fights.
Just because we agree on many things does not mean we have true, productive unity in the way that can really win. I note for example that the slightest negative story can throw many into a tailspin for hours, or days, until the matter is sorted out. So what happens when we get our first piece of really nasty news out of left field, something nobody expected, and for which nobody has answers?
The need to anticipate everything, for those who are not up to speed, is contingency planning, it's a part of Strategic planning, and its vital. The matter of vote fraud is just one of many contingencies that we need to deal with decisively, intelligently, and now.
However, and I have brought this up previously, discussing Strategic issues like this out in the open is not wise. The problem I see is that we have no way to discuss certain matters discreetly...
This, I say again, is not just another election. It's decisive in our history, and those who keep supposing we can just move on business as usual after November must know something I don't, to put it delicately.

If you are out numbered at your convention go stealth but if you have the majority be strong.
i WILL PREPARE AS MANY AS I CAN on the Parliamentary procedure they will face at the conventions and we will be storng when we enter if everyone follows my advice and continues to educate themselves for then we can't lose.
