Thank you for helping us support Ron Paul!

So far we have driven 1343 people to www.ronpaul2008.com and have had one million four hundred and fourteen impressions seen of Dr. Paul. We have spent $2,500 so far. If 10% of the people who visited the site become supporters then we would have 134 new supporters. If those people donated an average of $100 then it is possible these ads have helped raise $13,400. Now we are not sure, and this is an estimate, but what we do know for sure is that the awareness of Ron Paul and his marketing is stretching out.
Please help us keep this going by donating. Thank you!

Wow!
Awesome job guys, way to crunch those numbers.
I have been supporting Ron Paul for a while now, but every day I am still in AWE of how much momentum he gains on a daily basis.
Today's results have been great
Hello all,
I have to say I am really impressed. Our click percentage is going up each day! Could it be because people are becoming more aware of Ron Paul? For $60 bucks today we had over 50,000 impressions and 94 clicks. That is almost .60 cents a click today and think of how many people saw the ad. If 100 people visit and we converted 10 eventually and they become donors, just think of the new life that the campaign receives. We have driven over 1,200 people to the site since we began running the ads. Please take a look at our site http://www.americaunitedforliberty.org

I applaud your effort but
why don't they put "Ron Paul for President" or something. All it says is "congressman." I get the Constitution thing but people need to be hit with he's running for President.
If
You're just looking at the link in the original post that is a static image of a rotating banner. in the actual banner it rotates to a frame that says For President 2008 or something like that. I've seen it live on drudge.
agree
I agree. It doesn't look like it says anything about him running for president.
here are the ads
http://www.americaunitedforliberty.org/viewads.html
We are currently running the second and third ads you see on this page on the drudge report. One says for president the other says ronpaul2008.com at the end.
We stopped running the first one as we were getting better click through rates with the last two.
Over 1,000,000 impressions and over 900 clicks
We have now driven 909 people to www.ronpaul2008.com since October 25th. We have had 1,103,492 impressions. We are building awareness for Ron Paul.
909 clicks 1,103,492 impressions $2,028.90
Today's Drudge Report Ads
Today's Drudge Report Banner Ads have driven 97 people to the site on Money Bomb Day and over 109,719 impressions of Ron Paul were seen.
We have now linked a total of 751 people to www.ronpaul2008.com site and there have been 913,061 impressions of Ron Paul since October 25.
We thank you for the support!
Fark
Fark.com is a popular site also, they run ads, maybe cheaper?
Thank you
11th Hour. We will look into it and consider.
Thanks for the tip! :)
Just
Just doing what I can to help get the word out. Your the one who deserves the Thanks.
Actually it is two of us
Dante and I got together after a thread here on the Daily Paul a couple of weeks ago and are trying to run with it. He has done a great job of researching things and designing the banners. We will continue to work together and have formed a PAC. Our goal is to hit many of the early primary states to help expand RP's marketing mix.
We feel strongly that NH is the key to getting the RP train rolling.
I ran one there
I ran a classified ad there for 3 weeks or so that was titled "Who is Ron Paul?" and pointed to an Avaroth video. It cost me $120 and was worth every penny.
I have maxed out my $2,300 and so we needed other ways to help!
Here are the results from October 25-Nov 4. We have driven 614 people to the site and have had 775,000 people see an impression of our ads.
If 10% of the clicks result in voters or donors that would be 61 new supporters. 61 supporters at $100 donation each would be $6,100.
Also, our hope is that of the 3/4 of million people who saw an impression, that many will pay more attention to Ron Paul when he is on tv, radio, or a news article.
We are also gearing the campaign heavily towards early primary states.
Thanks for your support! Without you, we would not be able to get the word out as much.
We plan to continue to advertise on Drudge, Google, NH newspapers, possibly World Net Daily and other publications.

546 people have been linked from Drudge Report to RP website
Also, over 728,905 have now seen Ron Paul's name and picture on the site. This builds greater awareness and name recognition for Ron Paul.
I have read recently as 72% have no clue about Ron Paul. We are running this campaign and others to help people learn about RP.
Thanks to all who have contributed and been positive!
Drudge rated #1 unfortunately
Drudge is the #1 rated conservative site according to site visits, unfortunately. I think it is a lousy neocon site, personally.
The uber-neocon at my office visits Drudge constantly and that is reason enough for me to avoid it. WND is a great site and is my homepage. Most of their advertising is pretty lame sensationalism type stuff though.
The WND crowd is a much more receptive crowd to Paul than Drudge. Drudge is Big Guv control of the world site, and WND is a freedom/Constitutionalist site with some Big Guv Drudgites that visit, too.
BUT
The great sites that attract great people - well that's US! WE don't need to be sold. So Drudge-type sites where people who AREN'T us go are where we need to be. Rock on guys, well done!
Actually you make a great point
and we are currently working on placing ads on WND.

I go to Drudge
but I am far from being a neo-con. In fact, I emailed him thanking him for supporting Hillary, he was posting alot of stories on her, who is for illegal immigration and for supporting the illegal war in Iraq. The next day all the Hillary stories were gone. That last a day. Nows it seems to be all about Obama. Stories have it he is a bit paranoid and recluse. Anyways he does have one of the top sites on the internet for news. Thats why I go, buts only one of several I go to for whats going on in the world.
I saw the ads as too.
I hit refresh over and over again and it came up several times. Let's hope it pays off with his visitors.

Just Hit Refresh button
I hit the refresh button five times and then I got the Ron Paul banner at the top of the page. So it is working. I just don't know how much value to give it... but come Nov. 5th I am going to shoot my wad!!!!
What a waste
I spent over 40 minutes on Drudge last time this was done and never ONCE saw the ad. I see below where one may only see the ad once in 500 clicks. That means you would be lucky to see the ad once every year and a half. Drudge is a very sloppy, pro big gov web site. The site looks like it was designed by a ten year old. Save your money and send it directly to the Paul campaign on November 5th. IMO. No offense, but one might as well flush the money down the toilet.
WorldNetDaily is starting to soften towards Paul. Not my cup of tea, but it's a very popular site and you'd probably get far more bang for the buck. Just about any popular site would be better than Drudge.
"It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." Samuel Adams
“Just look at us. Everything is backwards; everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom, the major media destroy information and religions destroy spirituality”
Drudge
Yeah I never understood why drudgereport.com was so popular, given that it mostly just consists of a bunch of links and could easily be duplicated. It's like a blog without commentary, and maybe 1 new link a day. However, it is a fact that the site draws in many viewers. I guess it's one of those sites that's popular just because it has been around for so long.
The reason to advertise on Drudge is because it is popular
We are advertising on the site because what it can do to help Ron Paul's campaign.
Please read my next comment below titled Dear D Rat. That will explain our purpose.
Thank you
Yes
I know it's popular and I think it's a good idea.
Your ignorance is
Your ignorance is astounding. You spending 40 minutes on a site clicking refresh just proves that.
