I wrote a whole research
I wrote a whole research paper on McCain's citizenship and the difference between natural born and naturalized, what it means in the Constitution, and what it means for eligibility for president.
John McCain is not eligible. He's naturalized, not natural born. AND, there is a difference, it is important. John Jay specifically requested the term natural born be used for the question of eligibility for president. Why would they specifically request a term? It shows it's not just a fluke.
Even if they pass this it's probably unconstitutional.
