This information (as some of our delegates can already testify to) is extremely invaluable as to being necessary during a convention (county, state and / or national). It could truly be the difference between success and failure. Of course knowing this is only half of the equation; the other half is understanding your respective state's county and state delegate procedures (state GOP delegate manual containing rules and regulations).
