Yo! Operation Pennsylvania!

Listen up! This is for all Ron Paul supporters nationwide. Pennsylvania needs you immediately to help us elect our delegates. We elect them directly, without association with or reference to any Presidential candidate AND they can vote for whomever they want at the national convention. How do you like them apples?

Call ANYONE you know who lives in Pennsylvania. If you don't have that person's telephone number anymore, call directory assistance or look them up with a Yahoo people search. We really need you to do this.

Ask them, “Are you a registered Republican?” If they are, say "Great! I need you to do me a favor by voting for a really good group of people who are running in the April 22nd primary as delegates and alternates to the GOP national convention. Can I count on you?"

Before you call, you need to determine in which Congressional District your friend lives. Here are two ways to do that:

1. Go to http://www.govtrack.us/congress/findyourreps.xpd?state=PA. You can zoom in or out on the map.

2. Alternatively, you can insert your friend's zip code at http://www.congress.org/congressorg/home/ in the My Elected Officials section in the upper left hand corner. Click the Go button and you'll see the District number to the right of your friend's Representative (example: D-2).

Once you've determined their District, go to www.ronpaulpa.com. Click on the red Congressional District tab, click on your friend's District number and then write down the names of your friend's delegates and alternates. Or you can copy and paste their names into email that you can send to your friend. Now go ahead and make that phone call or send that e-mail.

There is NO need to indicate that they are Ron Paul candidates. In fact, it could be counterproductive, so Stick with STEALTH!

We aim to elect a mess of delegates. Please help us out!

Yours Very Truly,

Schvenzlerman!

Just a tip

In case you're using directory assistance, I wanted to recommend using one of the free services that have been popping up. Google's doesn't include residentials, but free411 does. Also, I read on the press release site that they've got a plane ticket giveaway for folks who use the service this month, so if you win you've got a free ticket to the convention.

Do you need to be registered

As a Republican?

To Vote....

yes.... to make phone calls, no :P

Pennsylvania has closed primaries...... R's vote for R's, D's vote for D's and the rest can only vote on issue items.....

There have been a large number of R's that have jumped over to D to sway the vote on that side..... plus alot of R's think its not worth the effort to show up because they think McCain won, so if we can get a good number of people voting for our delegates/alternate delegates, we should be able to win alot of spots!!!!

Pennsylvania ..........

......... Republican Party By-Laws: http://www.pagopwing.com/bi-_laws.htm

Can anyone help me?

I am looking for other Republican Party State By-Laws to add to my site. I have 20 State By-Laws linked and need the other 30.

If you want to help, please follow the link to see which States are needed: http://www.presidentronpaul.741.com/statebylaws.html#stateby...

Thanks!

19th District

I have a Word doc containing the names of our delegates/alternates for the 19th district (Adams, half of Cumberland, York).

Not sure, but I think it came from someone in our Meetup. 4 per page, very professional looking, and do not specify Ron Paul. I am getting copies made and handing them out at my polling station.

Contact me and I'll e-mail it to you.

did you check your ballot?

I think we only elect 3 delegates. The districts with 4 delegates have the 4th chosen by Republican state committee.

The number of delegates to vote for...

Most Pennsylvanians will only be able to vote for 3 delegates and 3 alternates. That number is 4 each in Congressional Districts 4, 18 and 19. Unfortunately 4 and 18 each managed to get only 1 delegate each on the ballot.

We have 4 in CD 19

Good positions also. See this site...

Sorry dcarr I meant 4

Sorry dcarr I meant 4 handouts per page.

But there are 4 delegates and 4 alternate delegates listed. I've (shamefully) never voted in a primary so am not sure how it works.

Thanks, Mike Molloy

Your map and zip code locators are better tools for determining one's Congressional District.

Cool, Go PA!
