Please Correct Me If I Am Wrong
As I recall, Marshall law was impossed during the second World war and I don't believe that it was ever officially cancelled. If so, we are still under marshall law to some degree and that could be increased in the future.

Martial Law was imposed during the Civil War and has never been repealed due to the assassination of Lincoln. It is because of this that Roosevelt was able to revise the Trading With the Enemies Act of 1917 to identify all American citizens as the enemy and confiscate their property.
We have been under unenforced martial law 145 years.

What I haven't figured out is how they'd propose to have Martial Law without confiscating guns. Because if they tried that, their little coup would be over very quickly. The gun incidents in New Orleans were isolated examples. On a large scale, it could not be done with--what? Five million members of the NRA?

The COUP
The coup was in 1963 by the american nazi party (no not the skin heads ) they were a real party,,,, they got there guy in as vice president. Then one assasination later and the start of what we have today. These executive orders are just the finishing touches of the game. there was more ammo bought for homeland security last year than all other non military agencys combined.

Not to say everything on there is not credible, but a lot of this conspiracy theory garbage is backed by some of you through this website. As if you can prove your conspiracies by citing this webpage. Not to be a debbie downer, but its getting to be rediculous. The topic posted earlier about finding a great site to educate people new to ron paul is a good example. Did you check out the links posted above? If you had, you would see that they are video clips from CSPAN (have you ever heard of CSPAN?). The first is an interview with Jerome Corsi (a Harvard PhD) and the second is a one-minute speech made by Rep. DiFazio of Oregon in the House of Representatives. These good people, like the good people that post comments on threads like this, are being diligent guardians of the Constitution. Why would you post a comment like this? What are you afraid of? This thread is not based on conspiracy theory voodoo. I suggest you follow the links to the sources of the information before running your mouth. You are the one lacking credibility. And for Christ's sake, if you're not sure how to spell a word, look it up.
