NEED HELP naming a group - please do my 1 question survey

I am working on a name for a group. What does the phrase
"Citizens with Ethics" mean to you?

Please bump. I need several answers.

Edit: For clarification purposes the phrase "Citizens with Ethics" is not the complete name of the group. It would only be used as part of the complete name.

the short description of the character or mission of the group that comes after the name itself. I think the name itself should be shorter, punchier, something with pizazz, something more memorable.

Well, you've eliminated most of the Executive Branch and Congress with your "Citizen with Ethics." So it must be a non-government organization.

Yes, of course, it's too broad. I obviously didn't make it clear that the phrase "Citizens with Ethics" would just be part of the complete name of the group. I just want to know what people think that part of the name means so I can decide if I want to use it in the complete name.

I like it. Id be more inclined to use "Citizens with Principal" but ethics works. Is suppose it would mean a group of citzens that adhere to an ethical code?
