Bush can superseed Congress, National Emergency, no elections.

It's called NSPD51 and I'm sure there are those that know about it, but, it's worth bringing to the front. What if there is a national emergency. Will Bush put this plan into play?

Sounds crazy, but did you see Bushes body language
while he was listening to the band at the Popes birthday?

already a surrogate military dictatorship.

"The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government."

Dick & Bush wouldn't know constitutional government if it showed up in the rose garden dressed as Osama bin Laden.

Combined with the Defense Authorization Act of 2007, which grants Herr Bush authority to declare martial law for nondescript "other conditions" and employ the National Guard as a police force within the united States without the consent of Congress or the Governors, and the unconstitutional suspension of habeas corpus prescribed by the Military Commissions Act of 2006, you already have a surrogate military dictatorship.

No law or directive that isn't intended for use is ever...

...signed and enacted.

Keep that in mind kids. If they're not going to use it, why is it needed? And if the government can use the illogical 'because we MIGHT need it' arguement, why then can't I own a full on arsenal? Who knows...I MIGHT need it....
